Hey everyone, well I only have 11 posts around here but dang nabbit I found crucial new material on eportal.usace.army.mil which *proves the military is revising its master "civil disturbance' crackdown plan*, and I can't make a new thread!!! AHHH!

CONPLAN 3502 and CONPLAN 3501, 'Defense Support of Civil Authorities,' are the two main military plans used to design the Pentagon's 'footprint' at National Special Security Events like the 2008 Republican National Convention.

Exactly as the Pennsylvania National Guard took over the G20 protester jail operation, other docs show 'Secret' CONPLAN 3502 specifically plans for military-operated detention and search operations within our country. In context, the new material is the most troubling I have ever discovered, and proves anew that underneath Constitutional limited government, a more brutal martial framework is secretly, constantly, extending its reach. You have busted nothing. That is more like a preparation plan for case of emergencies, like earthquakes and such (according to the Powerpoint slideshow you've linked).

Yes, another fine introduction thread. This may be the last time I read or reply in these nonesense threads, where recently registered users represent "crucial" information. If you cannot make 20 posts before posting a thread, you're lazy enough being incapable of producing decent lie.

Ha I bet a ton like these do show up in this forum. I honestly don't have enough time to kick around ATS over the years & make posts (I registered in 2007, couldn't get much attention to proof that Lockheed was building a NAFTA superhighway tracking system), but I can respect where people are coming from. You need to look at all the references, there is no way you have had time to skim the material yet. Regards!

I would place the responsibility for these kinds of plans squarely in the laps of people such as Dick Cheney, Donald Rumsfeld and Oliver North.

Would you prefer the information not be disseminated unless done so after a certain criteria be met? The moderators are here to take care of that so I think it far more important to worry about the information than to worry about whether someone posts something in the wrong forum.

I'm not trying to bust your chops but merely stating an observation. I'm fairly new here so maybe I am out of line but do see a lot of posts lamenting rules that there are individuals slated for enforcing.

Focus on the material rather than the forum.

My cursory review of the information presented by the OP definitely indicates something is being planned by the military for "helping" with civil issues. Apparently the Posse Comitatus Act has been tossed out the window and we can now expect soldiers to "help" when there are issues where the government deems them necessary.

How convenient that a criminal government will use the troops as it sees fit for whatever excuse it can come up with regardless of historical precedent.

I'm sure freedom is a wonderful thing but wonder if I'll experience it in my lifetime.

I suppose I ought to explain more! In a nutshell, since I registered on this site, the 2008 Republican National Convention covert security apparatus stormed my city while I was working as a journalist @ the Mn State Capitol. I helped make a documentary called Terrorizing Dissent about the RNC, and did a lot of research on all aspects. I found officials were very squirrelly about the truth about Northcom as well.

In 2009 I went to the Pittsburgh G20 with Indymedia crew in particular to see if this same system was going on. It was and it was bigger than ever with more National Guard and LRAD sound cannons etc. I found most of these materials some time ago and kept digging into the structure to figure out exactly what it is....

I've done a lot of other work - for example hosting training on FOIA type stuff, video trainings etc, to help create better community media. I also am a website developer, huge GPL fan and Drupal developer / designer as well - feidtdesign.com... for that biz stuff.

Within a few weeks (likely?) I am hoping to launch some more websites around topics which I think people here would dig as well. Hope that is a better introduction!

Having experience the RNC2008 & G20 first hand I really strongly felt the need to find out how the nasty military operations happening in front of me actually occurred. This provides us the planning framework so when another one of these things descends on your city, you're not puzzled & confused as much about how the domestic structure came together.

Believe me here in Minneapolis this kind of fear runs pretty strong because we have all seen it first hand. Likewise in the Gulf disaster Deepwater Horizon the whole structure controlling media blackouts etc was very confusing but this makes it all make a lot more sense.

I for one feel like there is not really much need to determine another major framework for martial-law type operations as CONPLAN 3502 seems to cover so much of it. A relief at least to 'name the demon' so to speak.

I have been gazed upon by paranoid Guardsmen with nightvision goggles then questioned by them. You don't want to be so confused when you reach that kind of circumstance.

I've done some reading and find that it is good that the government
prepares for a seismic event in that area seeing the potential for
the amount of devestation a seismic event can cause. (and has
in the past). Don't know if Martial law would need to be imposed
for that but being prepared is always good and I also don't know
why they continued to build in that area if they knew it was unstable
in the first place.

Conplan 3502 has been around a while, though im sure it gets refined every time a new nonlethal weapon or other control device gets added to the fast growing armoury developed with john q public in mind.
The police have been busted over and over for sending agents provocateur into the peaceful crowds to either incite the people to riot, or make them look bad by rioting themselves.....
When the time comes for the PTB to take naked control of things they will have created much havoc among the people in order to apear as saviors of law and order.
Just like the Japanese were suckered into attacking Pearl so America could enter the war, the people will be suckered into the streets to stand up against the feds.Then they will be swiftly and brutally dealt with.By this method i believe that the NWO hopes to only have to make the one massive demonstration of violence on a large scale.(though many will be dealt with on an individual basis and therefore be of no real consequence.

There's definitely a plan in place but somehow I doubt that's the one.

This is important as buried within these documents are links to sensitive information. You see on a couple pages in one of the documents there are links to official government secure login portals

From this document we can find more information if you know how to crack their login pages which I do not suggest as you will be in jail but still lol.

Listen everyone this is very serious as the past few months there has been so much development as to government corruption, the body scanner fiasco in the us, the FEMA camp information, everything doesn't add up. Either you are in denial that this is all happening or you can't grasp the reality of the situation.

I am so disillusioned at this world and am so sick of the lies that it literally makes me sick to my stomach. I have had enough and the only way we can change things is by action.

There are very simple solutions to some of these problems.

One suggestion is that everyone withdraw their savings from the banks. This would crush the banks literally in days.

Another suggestion is for everyone to stop what they are doing and start doing meditative practices. This will raise your vibrational frequency and prepare you for whats to come.

I wish people would start to get serous about this stuff as it seems a lot of people on ATS only contribute to threads with petty bickering and ridicule of others views.

I have been an avid member of this website for a long time now and I wish more people could move past their egotistical views and contribute information which is vital.

I don't believe that American soldiers will put people in massive concentration camps on a massive scale.

It would take so many troops to enforce and sustain this for any period of time, that most of them would wake up to the fact that they are being used for totalitarianism.

At least that's what I suspect.
