The motto of ATS is 'Deny Ignorance'. Two very simple words with simple meanings, yet when combined, a most powerful paradigm is established. How is ignorance denied? Information. Where does information come from? People. Who can you trust? No one! So what can you do? It's simple. If you can't trust anybody, perhaps you can trust everybody! ATS is where you go to put an ear to the ground. It is a most valuable resource. It is a growing global community of freethinking, open-minded people who share a sense of urgency about current events and their effects on the future of mankind. It is the denial of ignorance that binds us together. As the world becomes increasingly chaotic and as the nature of things to come unfolds, it can be more and more difficult to gain true insight into what is really happening at times. In an information age dominated by politically clouded seas of media driven opinion, ATS is a pool of knowledge that can be drawn upon to extrapolate a sometimes general, but a more often startlingly vivid picture of what is actually taking place. It is the denial of ignorance that paints the picture. Regarding opinion, in most discussion forums one sees both extremes and little in between when a topic arises. However, due to the unique cross-section of knowledgeable participants found at ATS, and their voracious appetite for truth and fact coupled with an unmatched ability to collaborate, track down, locate, expose, and share information, one finds a virtual bell curve of opinion here. With this 'bell', one can easily ignore the extremes and average the remainder, thus generating the aforementioned vivid picture. This explains the inverted nature of ATS's member to traffic ratio. Perhaps you can trust everybody'collectively! It is the denial of ignorance that draws the crowds. Revolution- A sudden or momentous change in a situation. With the denial of ignorance comes great responsibility. ATS is receiving a lot of new attention lately, as can be seen in recent statistics. This will undoubtedly draw even more attention. The proverbial genie is 'out of the bottle' and can't be put back. This will displease some. Some will seek her downfall, as ATS has, intentionally or not, become a target. She must remain vigilant and not allow 'the powers that be' thwart her mission. Some will seek to discredit her, they will cry 'conspiracy theorists' or 'nut jobs' but they are ignorant. Deny them. Some will try to remove her, they will shout 'security threat' or 'indecent', but they are narrow minded and motivated by greed and they are ignorant. Deny them. It is the denial of ignorance that will allow her continued existence. She should encourage membership growth, from all corners of the globe, and from all walks of life for there is safety in numbers. ATS should also grow and develop even greater collaborative skills, for her community is a resource of unimaginable capability. Working together we have and will continue to make a difference. The truth must be told. Ignorance MUST be denied. It is the denial of ignorance that will save the world! Deny Ignorance. This motto has life. It has purpose. It demands ATS members to think. It is a state of mind. It is a sense of purpose. It is a statement agaisnt the paradigm. It is a rage against the mindless status-quo. The idea of "deny ignorance" isn't a goal that ATS hopes to accomplish. Instead, it's a challenge. A call to all those who come here to aspire to a higher state of awareness through informed discussion and debate. Deny ignorance is what we do. It's how we think. It's how we talk. It's how we listen. Ignorance is the creeping crud of history that has clouded our minds and dulled our brains. Is the evil that men do, the reason history repeats, and the cause of intolerance. We deny it. it's not welcome here. Within these boundaries, it has no strength. Here, ignorance is denied.

I believe this idea is just wholistically brilliant on any level. The current state of us individuals in today's American society is directly the result of awareness of the world around us. The level of awareness and understanding can make the difference between living a life of hope, fullness, and happiness, or living a life without cope, full of emptiness, and sadness. Knowledge is the bread we eat to give us the energy to better ourselves as a great community. America is on the rise. The only thing that can save us now is the future. The future is filled with unknown potential. We have just as much potential to succeed and fail at the same time as evidenced by the current events taking place in our society today and the direction we are headed in as a whole. We have so many great things we can say about our nation. At the same time, we have just as many bad things to say about it as well. We will succeed if we make a plan to live more sustainably as a country. We will succeed only if we plan to improve ourselves as a whole. We cannot succeed if we are separate. But yet, our country was founded on separatism. We have separate levels of education. We have separate standards and areas of living. Dr. Martin Luther King was right. We are separate and not equal as a country. But with as many people as possible who dedicate themselves to gaining total knowlege, the stronger we become as a country. It should be against the law to be ignorant. It should be against the law for anyone to struggle. It should be against the law for us to be separate as a country. Lets get rid of the ridiculous political boundaries designed to keep us separate. Let us come together as a country and truly make ourselves stronger. The false perception is that we're already strong as a country. We will only be strong when every single citizen of this country has an equal opportunity to succeed. We need to be stronger. It is a neccesity, not a desire. The future of America depends upon it. Deny Ignorance. Enough Said.

There seems to be some Moderators in the Secret Society Forum that do not agree with Above Top Secret's motto of 'deny ignorance'. Posts that are critical of freemasonry are routinely deleted and the posters banned.

I think some oversight by Above Top Secret is warranted. If Freemasons are to be allowed to take over this discussion area via the Moderator postion, there would seem to be very little point in including such a topic at this board.

Denying Ignorance is a fallacy on this site. This site openly embraces and condones Ignorance of the highest order. It is unapologetic about the amount of ignorance it not only embraces but rewards.

If this site is to really deny ignorance. Reality must step in to curb the utter nonsense and people should not be rewarded for the utter contempt to that reality.

But the reality here is that fallacy and ignorance run amok. They go unchecked, and those that wish to really deny ignorance are trampled on without remorse or condolence.

This ignorance which people openly embrace here, is apparent when a person can come in here with a smidgen of a post, garner well over a hundred flags and nearly a hundred stars for a post that has scarcely little information but an opinion and a picture. The picture of course can't be substantiated cause of the privacy of the "informant" but when the person is found out to have posted fraudulent information the thread is already a huge thread with hundreds of replies and the truth is buried like a cat turd in a litter box.

Deny Ignorance? If that is our motto than people that do this should be shamed rather than embraced. They should be ridiculed instead of praised. If we are truly to deny ignorance here. Truth should matter, not speculation, Not bigotry.

Real truth based on substantiated facts.

Only when we embrace truth based on substantiated facts will this site's motto of Deny Ignorance truly matter.

The motto is fabulous. Perhaps Truth based on Facts is being misconstrued as a non-Truth where it lacks material evidence. That a Fact can be Truth based on a Fact Finding process as a precursor to establish and ground Truth, or an occurrence, a state of existence, as to be a Fact, requires a mere experience with or witnessing (as with all scientific laboratory experiments, resulting conclusions which underlie the establishment of Evidence.) In Summary, Truth and Fact are synonmis and established by observation or sensation. Hence, the premise to which follows the sequential events and fact-finding process to produce the evidence. its the innate condition of the human sense of logic that requires material evidence to accept "a truth as being factual."

Thanks to ATS where the Truth is revealed and more will be revealed - all who report their experiences, observations and senses in search of the truth. Its better to be sought, than to seek, and freely emerge from the the claws of the chain-event, deceptive, distorted and wholly UNTRUTHFUL mass news media, where the blind lead the blind.

I'm guessing that typos happen, and sometimes not until after we type and send comments, as I have noticed many times online. Things somehow get changed in the ether, either inadvertently or vertently. Well, if there's an inadvertent(ly), shouldn't there be a vertent(ly)?? Lol
