Normally I would ignore seeing a meteor in the sky, but this one was the strangest one I've ever seen.
At 8:58 PM AST (approx) while looking up and south standing leaning against my office building a bright white object moving extremely fast came over
my head from the north, traveling south. It looked to be not that high and shot to the middle of the sky and disintegrated.
What was odd was the shape. It appeared to be square and I mean with sharp 90 degree corners on the front end with trails streaming from the back
corners and of course the usual tail. It was white hot and just vaporized right over Anchorage.
Space Debris? Must be. Just thinking out loud. I'm in Anchorage, Alaska and was near Downtown at the time. Space Debris is the only reason I can wrap
my brain cells around to explain the shape?
