Its plenty of water in the fridge over there, im to old to fight so if you want to rob me go ahead,take it all.What your going to spend it on,i have no idea.
It seems something fried the wires of every car in a three block radious.
So now i have to replace every wire that runs the entire car,Ammazing huh!
Do you want something to eat ill be finished in about 5 hours i will give you a lift if you like.

I'll play. I wake up, and nobody else is visible, everything is quiet. I would probably load up a 50-lb pack with food, light weapons and water, some other items and go look for others. If, after exhaustive searching, I didn't find anyone, and after a possibly extended bout of wailing, I think I'd be inclied to stockpile some resources, then compile a power source and zip on down to the music store, plug into a giant Peavey amp and freeform radical guitar until I couldn't go on. There would be plenty of time for prayer and meditation after I got my ya-yahs out.

Further searching would ensue, until I found someone.

I place my pistol under the peephole of the door and knock softlywhile looking through the peephole.

When I see darkness through the peephole I will let of a round then wait to hear the drop of the body.

Then I will go around back and look in the windows, being carefull to remain unobserved.

If I see no one in the house I will enter and search it for weapons, food and water, also making sure billys friend is dead.

His friend was the man u already chopped up.
As u tap on the door u hear running and a door slam, as u proceed to run around back , u see the man running to far for u to catch up.
As u go back in the house checking for supplies u stumble upon a small 38 pistol 3 shells 300dollars and a key inside a locked box THAT U SHOT OPEN with a letter inside as well as a picture.

“In case we are separated my love, this is the key to us being together again”
It has a picture of them together showing a yellow house with very huge flamingo in front.

On the back it says What Goes on in Vegas stays in Vegas” as the picture is that of a man and a woman with NaSa uniforms on.
As u put every thing in a book bag u found, u hear a woman screaming.

Id probably learn to fly a twin engine plane..at least it could get me around..(Resident Evil, anyone?) Seriously..take some tips from the cool post apocalyptic movies..and Fallout 3 New Vegas..which Im now addicted to.

I see not a lot of you have thought about this. Most of you would be without a paddle in a certain creek. Remember, in a situation like the one described, there's corpses everywhere. Cities and highly populated areas are going to be no-go areas very soon, they'll be filled with cholera and plague, just going into them is almost certain death. You're going to have to go out into the country, take over an abandoned farm that already has animals and equipment you'll need to survive.

First things first - make an "I Survived" sign, bit of paint on the garage door would do. At this point you don't know how many survived, and you're going to need people to survive. Also, there may be some of my friends who survived (all my relatives are overseas), so I'm going to want to make sure they know I'm still alive and kicking while I'm out.

First stop - transport. You're going to need a couple of good sized trucks. There's a retail estate nearby, so park up a few trucks side by side in the car park.

Hardware store is the next stop. Besides tools, and you'll want plenty of spares, you'll need wood, glue, plumbing supplies, nails, screws, etc. You'd also want to pick up a couple of domestic wind turbines and solar panels. Concrete is another handy thing to grab, as are bricks, cement, etc. Also, a couple of good big saws and some axes for cutting down trees.

Supermarket/Grocery Store - You'll need plenty of tinned food, dried food, stuff that's got a good long shelf life. You're also going to want to grab a lot of fresh fruit and veg. It'll be rotten before too long, so make sure you grab plenty of sugar and vinegar as well. You're going to be spending a few days over the next week making jams and preserves to ensure you have a good source of vitamins to keep you through the winter. Very high on my own list is as much coffee as I can possibly lay my hands on. It's going to be like gold dust! You may also want to grab as many cigs and tobacco as you can find as well. And matches.

Bookstore/Library - There's plenty of practical books filled with information on how to farm land, identify edible plants and berries, diagnose illness, and even how to perform surgeries (do you know how to stitch a wound?). Also, a good book on pharmacy would be handy for your next stop.

Chemist/Pharmacy is next. General first aid supplies, as much as you can get, as well as antibiotics and pain killers. This is where your books come in handy, indentifying what you've got in the shelves infront of you and how to use it.

I could go on (and believe me, I really could), and it probably sounds like I've thought about this way too much, but on the other hand, have you thought about it enough?

Reminds me of a twilight zone episode where a man found a stop watch that could stop time. He'd stop the world and rob banks and businesses then start the world back up again. At the end he stopped time in a diner (robbed it I think) put the watch in his back pocket and sat down to eat. He then broke the watch and was trapped in a world of stopped time. I saw it when I was like 4 years old and it still sticks with me somehow haha.

I would already have my gun with me when I left the house. Within a couple of minutes I would know somethings wrong and the first thing would be self defense. I don't know if a gun would do any good but it would make me feel safer.I would check my neighborhood first and eventually venture out farther. It would be a lonely existence with no one to talk to and I would try to contact someone. There are several places I would like to see so I would jump in the truck full of supplies and siphon gas out of other vehichles along the way. The Smithsonian would be a great place to visit.

I turn off the computer or close this book as I played this one before and now its boring and go get my son and take him to the movies

In reality, I'd check the houses near me, if they were empty I'd figure everyone was gone, jump into my car, head to wal mart, get at least six 5 gallon gas cans, fill with mogas, head to the nearest NG armory, grab a Humvee, stock up on all the mres i could grab, head to Ft Jackson or Ft Bragg and hole up there til weither I am found by another race or die

I'm surprised at how many people see this scenario as the end. I see it very much as the beginning. A life to thrive in, one without big brother leaning over your shoulder. No more cctv, taxes and levies on everything, votes that mean nothing. You're back to being in charge of your life, and I'm sorry, but you're also back to getting off your ar$e and doing things for yourself. Food no longer comes in plastic wrapped containers.

It's DEC 22, 2012 additionally you have just woke up to a beautiful morning, eggs bacon and a hot cup of coffee are on the menu for this morning as you get ready for work after you had finished brushing your teeth and washing up. You find the remote control and turn the TV on, but notice that the TV is in all static, and not having time for this you turn it off figuring you will deal with it after work. After fixing breakfast and putting on your work clothes you rush out the door knowing that your almost going to miss the 9:39 bus, that's always on time. You get your keys and rush out the door. Walking out the door you notice allot of the neighbors doors are open, for what reason you don't know, so you go on your marry way to work.as usual. You open the door to your building to go out into the world, and notice that the morning city air is awfully quiet, as you continue to walk out into the world. You notice cars parked in the middle of the street, and that nobody is in the cars, or that nobody is even out side. Even your 9:39 bus is there, but no passenger and no bus driver. It's YOUR City and not one person is out side..Whats going on...? What do you do next?
