Best...if you wait until some actual facts are in to support the mobs' tongue-in-cheek prattle, before trivializing the deaths of those involved in this actual - unrelated to 9/11 - tragedy.

I dont recall Bush waiting for facts.. Invasion plans were drawn up in advance..

Why isn't the building collapsing?

Building fires should burn steel and cause a large skyscraper to collapse into its own footprint following the path of most resistance like building 7 did?

If you say so...however, it might be more appropriate if you all save your gloating or witty remarks until after the dying is done.

Even better if you wait for a proper amount of time to respect the mourning of those left behind.

Why would the dead care?

Again, what in the xyz does this tragedy have to do with George W. Bush, or 9/11, or anything else?

The instant...and snide...and unfeeling...remarks I am referring to speak volumes about the commentators' lack of sensitivity and humanity.

Sorry to rain on your parade, or to put a damper on your fun.

This is my last comment on this thread...except...God speed to all who are injured, may God have mercy on the souls who are lost and will be lost, and may God give comfort to the families who have lost loved ones today.

To those who think this is somehow comical...or befitting a wry humourous remark...may God remember when you reach the Pearly Gates.

My condolences are with those who have died already and who will die once the building collapses. Because that's what buildings do when office fires break out. They collapse. Plane or no plane, if a fire breaks out in your building, you better look out. Use the toaster with care and for God's sake light your cigarettes outside.

A moment of silence for the dead and suffering...............................................................................
Very sad, indeed.

Now,
are we supposed to believe that if a plane suddenly flew into this building, THEN it would suddenly fall down? Is that how physics would explain it. No fire proof insulation on the building to be knocked off BY the plane, it doesn't matter, we just need a plane to hit it and it will come down by golly.
No comparison to WTC7, no plane hit it. No plane, no comparison, the lie is still safe.

Yeah right.

This is tragic and my heart goes out to those who've died in this horrible (accident?) event.

I understand the need to compare this to 9/11 but from what I see there are other threads for that. Besides it didn't collapse because it wasn't rigged to blow. Nuff said! Now can we focus on the people instead of comparing the event to another?

cool your jets.

we're discussing the integrity of the building not the health of the occupants.

the health of the occupants is a given, dwelling on their inevitable fate gets us nowhere.

however the integrity of the building could be the deciding factor of whether or not the spectators, emergency workers, and public infrastructure surrounding it survive. so i believe it to be absolutely relevant to the conversation at hand.

when most of us view this we think of 9/11, so in an effort to learn from ones mistakes (and save lives) it is necessary to evaluate the integrity of the building. 9/11 being the prime example of comparison brings up several conflicts, so unless you want people to die (again), those conflicts need to be addressed.

unless you'd prefer running around all frantic with your arms flailing in panic. that sometimes works too.

My heart goes out to all those affected by this......

But I'm intrested to hear about this story as the facts come out. I'm sure someone here will put a thread together that'll compare this to WTC 7. I'd be intrested to see the comparison in building materials, the dimentions of the building, the length of the exposure to fire, the est. temp of the fire, the structural damage that did/does (doesn't) occur. The weight of the building on top of any sturctural damage. I mean it really is sad that this is somewhat exciting news.....I mean that from my point of view....I read ATS daily and I'm sure this tragic event will be the subject to some interesting threads.....

..........If TPTB gives me an offical story that says you can't die from a bullet to the head, and the majority believes it for years and years, and they treat anyone who doesn't believe it like loonies....then I'm sorry but the truthers will all be waiting for someone to get shot. it's sad but this isn't much different.

First my sincere condolences to all who were affected by this tragedy.

Now I am sure after the fire raged uncontrolled for over 6 hours the entire length and breadth of the building that the properties of "thermal expansion" must have come into play and caused a complete and total global collapse. Oh...wait a minute...you say it didn't collapse??? How can this be???

I'll go with the standard answer, "Because a Jet didn't slam into as well".

Seriously, can our lovely 'pretend' compassion police just keep their barbed accusations to themselves and let the people on this conspiracy site talk about conspiracies?

We know why you say the things you do about 'Truthers'. Let's just leave it that shall we?

I don't care either way about that argument - but it's obvious that steel framed buildings do NOT collapse in their own footprint - this building shows that in lethal proof.

The Revenant.

Yeah, and I will go with the standard reply of "No jet hit WTC 7"

Well, you can't complain when people compare this to WTC 7. It has always been the "smoking gun" of 9/11 attacks, and one conspiracy theory whats really hard to debunk... thats why History Channel and P&T never really talked about WTC 7.

I have noticed that most debunkers don't like to talk about WTC 7.

btw: i'm not "truther" i'm just standing in the middle.
