Why has the Chinese government not come forth and claimed it was them?

Do you think the chinese would risk a global war by shooting a missile in our airspace and not intend a target. You are saying it went back on track? Where did it go then. It had to land somewhere.
Or are you implying that the chinese shot it from our waters to a destination outside the u.s to make it look like we did it? Please enlighten me. I am having a hard time conceiving this.

It certainly does look like whatever caused the trail suddenly went sideways where your diagram says the explosion took place.

Not if you look at the unaltered image. It's a highlighted portion of the contrail. The "second contrail" is a cloud.

3) US Launches smaller missile to intercept Chinese
missile. See how the US Missile contrail is much
smaller. It's probably a PAC-II.

several questions.
Where was the Patriot launched from, where was its radar, and do you think that they keep missiles and crews watching all the coastline 24/7?

I have no clue where either of these missiles
were launched from. But if you think the US
doesn't have some sort of missile defense
in place on both coast lines then you are sadly
mistaken.

Your videos you posted clearly shows the speed of these missiles. nothing like the slow moving object we seen in the original so called missile.

And if you think our military would miss there target and not shoot a second intercepting missile, You are sadly mistaken!
