Bank of America Urges Dismissing Robo-signing suit

abcnews.go.com

The largest US bank said the Indiana plaintiffs, who lost their home to foreclosure in 2009,failed to show they were harmed by its alleged practice of routinely submitting perjured affidavits, given they might have lost their home anyway.
It also said that plaintiffs did not deserve relief against Bank of America.......

This article has really struck a nerve with me,I almost cant believe what I am seeing take place in our country!Every thing about the US seems to be a damn lie anymore..From missile launches at sea that are only contrails,to printing money without anything to back it up!I love my country and it breaks my heart to see what it has become...Whats it gonna take for things to change?

Of course I am really not surprised, but certainly sickened. Americans no longer have the most basic of the American dreams anymore..no jobs, no homes to call their own. It is sad to see us becoming a shadow of the ideal we once all held so dear because of the actions of a select few demons that have gained control.

And you haven't seen anything yet. Things are going to get crazier and crazier as we get closer to the day when all of this stuff that is going on just goes pop!

I've been waiting for this. Need to keep a close eye on these guys. When they are looking close to death I am going to close my account and go to a local bank.. I hope millions of other Americans will join me.

Since we are sinking like a lead weight anyhow, we might as well introduce our fascist banker friends to the reality of the "Free Markets" that they cheer so loudly for... until they need an injection of social funds that is.

Might as well watch em burn.. There is one aspect of the free market thaqt these guys never mention.

Where there is a need, someone will rise to fulfill it.

Banking won't end if the mega-banks die.. it will just be transfered to smaller banks, which will increase competition and improve the situation for the consumer!

dude
I have no idea where u get ur analogy from
but that won't help. Ur still using a Fed Res Note
whether it comes from BOA or ur local
bank. U have to get away from the currency,
not the bank. All banks are clones for
the Federal Reserve.

The reality is, despite the trillions of dollars that have been pumped into the economy to try and get it kick-started, nothing much has been done to get to the root of the problem which is the continued consolidation of wealth among a relative few.

Our entire existence is built on credit . . . on spending more than we make. While those wandering aimlessly on main street seem to have gotten the message and have tightened their belts with respect to want versus need, those in the positions of power have not.

They continue to espouse a way of life that got us into this mess. The government wants the banks to dole out more credit so people can buy things that stimulate what's left of the comatose manufacturing sector, but the reality there is most of what we consume is produced off-shore so any consumer dependence on spending really sends more money out with the ebb of each wave.

While Bank of America is in it deep . . . you might as well take the first two words off that name and you've got a more realistic picture.

Meanwhile, the president is out and about trying to expand the borders of free trade which from my experience means the further denationalization of our workforce as the playing field is still . . . hell . . . will never be level until we either bring the standard of living in countries such as Mexico, India and China up to that of the western world or bring ours down to theirs such that we can be competitive in a world market.

Guess which one they've chosen.

We can't just stop banking, the system is too reliant on the current dynamics. We can nationalize the fed and put it's powers back in the hands of elected representatives as a first step. diversify the distribution of our private monies and dilute the power of any single organization by moving our monies out of mega banks and into a wider array of smaller financial institutions.

These are realistic and practical measures we can take to move in the right direction, while simply "getting away from the currency" is not.
