This has been going on now for over 12 months. it involves this low life going onto teenagers that have been killed facebook pages and leaving the most vile comments and links to pornagraphic material. he targeted kids that had been murdered, killed in horrific car accidents or died in just tragic accidents (drowning etc). over 12 months ago now the police contacted facebook to try and track down this half wit, but were brushed of by this organization saying there wasnt much they could do.

this bastard has caused untold agony for family and friends in the hours following what would be their worst nightmare. innocent people have received devastating news then within 24 hours have had to deal with this violation.

I have no idea what would possess someone to do this....it has to be up their as one of the worst act one human can perpetrate on another. what has the bloody world come too!

Maybe the government is doing this, to defame the KKK.

It is pretty obvious that if people wanted to track the person who has done this, they could, the government could easily do it. Facebook wouldn't be able to say no.

Since Facebook said no, that makes me wonder whether it is a psychological warfare. I suspect the KKK is gaining numbers, is it true, can anyone confirm that?

Uh, why would the government need to defame the KKK? You know what they are right? I doubt the government needs any help in making them look like jerks.

As for growing numbers, according to several groups the KKK has seen a reversal of it's declining membership numbers. Many attribute this to the illegal immigration issue. Here's an article www.newsweek.com...
I don't like how many of the groups are lumped together, but there is some data there.

As for Facebook turning him in-I'm not sure if what he did is illegal. They can say no if it isn't illegal.

Yes, likely a gov. agency.
Suely the KKK would not be so stupid as to defame themselves.
And yes it anyone was really interested in finding out who did it, Facebook would have no choice but to give up its records. Court orders mean business.

One of the unfortunate by products of freedom of speech I guess.

Then again, in order for freedom of speech to actually be kept and protected, you have to fight for your right to say whatever the hell you want, AND the guy who is saying things you don't agree with.

I don't agree with this, but I will defend his/their right to say it.

The government doesn't care about legal or illegal. Last I checked the government is illegally spying on Americans.

All the government has to do, is to add a tiny whiny amount of pressure on Facebook and they will give the information, case closed.

I guess people don't know how powerful the US government is, ohh wait, people are still dreaming.

I suspect the US is taking the eventual collapse seriously, and trying to defame all the extremist groups which could cause a civil war, if aloud to flourish.

The US have to do this in order to survive a collapse, because a small external support to these extremist could cause major catastrophe within the US.

I hear what you are saying but the problem was that this was happening in AUSTRALIA and our local police were having to deal with a company in AMERICA. I think thats why this dope targeted us, because he knew the amount of red tape and how hard it would be to try and track him down. i think we need to look at this for what it is, its not a conspiracy, its not governments, its just one very sick individual causing untold grief on already grieving people. if he is capable of this, imagine what his sick mind could do next.

Anyone to do this has had a talk with satan, be it from the government or a fringe KKK'er. Freedom of speech is being played with by frindge groups eroding are very freedom they despise with vile hate and disregard to human life. I am not for dumb civil suits but this is not a dumb civil suit where this guy needs the pants sued out of him into bankruptcy. If its part of a government provacatour then they are trying to plant seeds into the american mind where it would be ok to take freedom of speech away. God in heaven will judge these people and it will be worse then anything on earth we as humans can do... What goes around comes around in each individuals life, if this guy is mentally unstable then someone needs to get his dumb ass help.

I really don't think the dead teens mind their dead... if the guy is going to do it than he is going to do it.. its not unlawful... could be Harassment if he is doing it again and again..

The thing that i just dont get is that i thought the kkk was anti anything other than white. these teenagers were all of white anglosaxon background. this sick individual just did this for kicks. he gets his thrills out of dead kids. is there anything lower because i cant bloody think of anything sicker than this. its almost like he was rapeing their corpses.

So somebody goes on a chat site, says he's a certain person and then admits to doing some sick things and everyone believes its real?

I suppose everyone here would also believe him if he said that he was jesus christ and that he was responsible for all the good things that happened today.

The most likely story is that some idiot got on the computer, said he was this guy and told this story for the shock value.

it has been proven by australian police that he hacked into their private facebook pages where family and friends were leaving messages. as soon as the name was announced publicly, he would hack into their page and leave the most disgusting messages regarding the kid who had just been killed and also leave pornagraphic links and material on their site.

Footnote: since this starting happening, facebook has now installed 2 people in an office in sydney to act as police liasons and as a contact point. they found it very difficult to even get someone on the phone in the early stages of the investigation..

I'm just saying that while he is a sick sick person there is really nothing that can be done here.. its not unlawful.. what the problem is.is that you guys are giving him him what he wants attention and that's that your giving him here.. the only thing I really know the dead teenagers don't care..
