How do I get rid of negative points?

I have -4,000-something points on ATS. How do I fix this?

Dumb question, eh?

I'd just like to know. Do I have to be a Dudley Do-Right just to fix this or can I be my usual bad self?

Try being nice, and being positive. Try not to get off topic on posts. Do not flame, or troll. Do not swear or use cursewords, create interesting threads. Do not quote unnecessarily big quotes.

Looks like you have had many ATS infractions that come with a point deduction.

Try being more like VVV suggested and you
will get out of the hole in time.

Shields were generally made of wood, covered with leather, or some similar substance. To secure them, in some sort, from being cut through by the sword, they were surrounded with a hoop of metal.

I always recommend civility, but that doesn't mean that you shouldn't be passionate about your arguments and fervently stand up for them, especially if you truly believe what you are saying.

I was pointing out that one doesn't lose points for participating in BTS, which is what I thought (at the time) she was asking...

ETA: How to reverse it? start making threads - you get points for each post people make on your thread - maybe an applause or two and you're there.
