javenlier bomb

I like intercepting wireless conversations, internet, ect/...

I live in the southwest reagon of Washington, we are always travelling.
I went outside with my mini tv, switched to UHF,
Then picked a high channel, (as most people know, thats around the frequency of wireless phones, i heard a conversation.
They were talking about a "javenlier bomb",
they sounded like older people like 50-70 er sompthing, and there was static, so it was hard to here, but they mentioned it many times, could someone find out what it is please "javenlier bomb", take or add a letter.
