Norwegian artice. About 12000 year old civilisation, wich was taught to be mearly 2 - 3k years old. With modern wheel, writing and civilized infrastructure technology.

I want to start off this topic with some basic information about our current state of evolution on this planet.

Aprox 12000 years ago, a major event took place. wich almost all religons and beliefs from all corners of the globe state. And thats the greate flooding. wich made the sea levels of world rise with many meters.

The engine that drove this flood was.
1. The arctic shelfs, 12k years ago, They were much larger before, and guess what, they melted back than as they do now.

over time, theese shelfs stored all the melted water to a point wich made the shelf break loose, and millions and millions of tonns waterm spilled out of it's frozen captivity, and washed away most of the modern world 12000 years ago.

Back to thread: WE live in a time where we are not taught about this event, and old smart civilizations years ago. It's part of man kinds dumbing down.

In some years, archaeologists have excavated in the Turkish Göbeklitepe the site. It has already changed world history.

The photos here show structures that are at least 12,000 years old - it means that we built sivilsasjoner long before previously thought.

To set a starting point for when civilization began is not straightforward. The origins of some are tied to the growth of agriculture in the Middle East and South Asia around 7000 BC.

Others believe that everything that happened before written language was invented to be seen as history, no civilization. The script evolved into more complex political systems in the late fourth millennium BCE in Mesopotamia (cuneiform).

A few hundred years before the wheel came into use, and it is also possible to make a distinction between history and civilization with it.

The archaeologists have found Göbeklitepe turns upside down all these theories.

Temple complexes that were built here was built long before humans learned the potter's art, before they learned to make metal, before the first written language, and before the wheel. They were also built before the so-called Neolithic revolution in the Neolithic, when agriculture took place in our history.

Yes"under the rug" is a good term for what i feel, but who has the uthority to do so? And for whjat reason? What would be truly devestating for the population to learn? What sort of system do we live in wich cannot let the free people learn the true origins of our own civilization in history and time. But remember history is written by the time beeing "Victorers" SO HISTORY CHANGES!

What lies we belive are fact. Doesent matter. at all.
And only truth can kill the lies.

Missing link? You bet. we have been spoon fed bulli# for hundreds of years. Only unimporant stuff "mostly" is what everyone knows. "Commonly"

I think it is more to know here. It's a bigger picture.

Interesting perspective......

I don't completely agree with Grahams view that there was an advanced ancient global society but I however believe there were older slightly more advanced isolated megalithic city states at varying levels of development along the ancient pre-ice age melt off coast lines that have been reclaimed by the sea. I wrote a couple of threads on the topic.

Don't let the thread titles fool you they are well worth a read.

Thank you for the use of the word "society" instead of "civilization."

I only wish you had pointed out the incorrect use of the term in earlier posts in this thread.

I wonder that there are still people that hadn't heard of Gobleki Tepe. And I wonder why posters here think that this site has been "swept under the rug."

I also wonder why the OP didn't run a quick search and peruse the hundreds of threads, many of them extremely informative, about this ancient site that have been posted right here at ATS over the last decade or whatever.
