these people are smart ... way smart.. they even have a plan for the ONE thing we could do even if it's not very likely. The one thing THEY cannot defend themselves from is a spontaneous uprising across the board...

but even in that eventuality... well now you know why bunkers are being built every where in secret by the rich and powerful...

THEY would rather END THE WORLD AS WE KNOW IT than see us regain our freedom and independence from their Tyranny. Yes I am saying that those in power will nuke us gas us release bio weapons unleash transgenic terminator genes and synthetic pollen to be spread by transgenic bees or another vector to literally make the ENTIRE WORLD need to be replanted EVERY SPRING and them with their handy seed vaults.... gee WHAT A COINCIDENCE.

Now interestingly enough that certainly seems to tie things up nicely ... and means no matter how much bang bang the people had they would be FORCED to COMPLY or starve.

never underestimate the enemies willingness to destroy EVERYTHING rather than LOSE.

I think the real issue with this scenario is that victims feel they are incapable of pressing separate charges for a felony assault. Just because the government beats you to the punch in filing lesser charges, doesn't mean you can't file separate criminal charges.

Example: A drunk driver causes an accident, and the government only charges the driver with a DUI. This doesn't prevent those involved in the accident from filing separate criminal charges.

Double jeopardy wouldn't exist in this situation if you press mores serious charges.

They do this when police murder citizens, and are only charged with misdemeanors.

It's a false assumption on behalf of society that once charges are filed relating to a crime, that there is nothing more that can be done.

People need to start pressing their OWN charges, not relying on the government to dictate the degree to which you were affected.

I hope this resonates with some of you.

"I sincerely believe, with you, that banking establishments are more dangerous than standing armies; and that the principle of spending money to be paid by posterity, under the name of funding, is but swindling futurity on a large scale."

"The system of banking we have both equally and ever reprobated. I contemplate it as a blot left in all our constitutions, which, if not covered, will end in their destruction, which is already hit by the gamblers in corruption, and is sweeping away in its progress the fortunes and morals of our citizens."

~ Thomas Jefferson

Freedom is rooted in Justice, if there is no justice than there is no freedom. American law does not say punishment for everyone but those who are needed by the rich. American law says if you commit a crime you are punished, no exceptions.

This man is already a criminal just for being a banker since they all game the system then add to that hitting this innocent doctor and leaving the scene of the crime. He should be in prison for attempted manslaughter.

Why is this not in the news across this country? Probably because they don’t want to actually paint the bankers in a negative light since the MSM is answerable directly to these bankers.

I respect the law and if I ever break the law I should expect to be punished to the fullest extent of the law, not because I am not a banker but because I am a citizen. All citizens are equal before the law and NO ONE IS ABOVE THE LAW.

No one is above the law, Holder says of torture inquiry

No man is above the law and no man is below it: nor do we ask any man's permission when we ask him to obey it. - Theodore Roosevelt

JudicialWatch: Because no one is above the law

These courts have not only failed and humiliated this nation but they have failed to uphold the Constitutional rights of this doctor and protect him against the crimes of this banker. This innocent doctor has been officially punished by the so called 'law' which has just been proven as an absolute joke!

Actually, my understanding, albeit limited, is that even if you say "I would like to press charges", it is up to the AG or DA to determine what charges they will pursue. If this was a plea bargin or some other "deal" the DA made, then taking on the case again with differant and more serious charges would likely negate the deal that was originally made.

Honestly, I am pretty stoic about this. It is yet another example of how the whole system is becoming more and more transparent. In the past they would have tried a bit harder to hide something like this from the public.. Now they do not care anymore. This would lead me to believe that the people in the various positions of power think they have succeeded in locking down the general populace.

If they perp looses his (lucrative) job, the victim won't get much in way of compensation.

Damage has been done, now wouldn't it be helpful for the poor guy with all these injuries
to have access to serious cash, just to keep going and make the best of the situation?

Someone brought that up in chat. It sounds ridiculous to me. If someone were to say, murder someone while drunk driving. And only be charged with DUI and not murder of any degree. Something is fundamentally flawed if there's no legal resource for the victim.

I see no difference between murder and assault with a deadly weapon (vehicle). When you deliberately take the lesser offense to prosecute because of the defendants job!?

OH make no mistake I KNOW it's already in the cards...

(you see many other people that can rip out the first second and third order consequences and plays of the other side in a post?)

I have long since done my 5 p's (prior planning prevents p*** poor performance) and identified WHO my enemy TRULY is not just their CONVENIENT STRAWMEN who are put out there specifically to serve as lightning rods for any dissent/violence that comes of their actions (aka the civil government which just orchestrates the tune OTHERS call)

That is the first step is identifying the true enemy. DO NOT BE THE BULL AND CHARGE THE RED CAPE! I don't know if you know anything about bull fights but no matter how many matadors the bull SUCCESSFULLY TAKES DOWN HE STILL DIES!

There is a lesson in that that I can't be any more blatant about but if you really THINK well you'll figure it out or you;ll be one of the BULLS keeping the MATADORS busy while others among the flock get down to business.

We are not a Democracy, we are a Republic.

We are not a nation of laws. And never have been. When we initiated the Revolutionary War against Britain the best military unit under George Washington was a Black Militia. They were the sharpest dressed, the best shooters...he ordered them to be disarmed and refused to let blacks fight for their freedom.

It's in his memoirs. He said he didn't want to lose his status in the country nor have his kids lose their status as the rest of the powerful men in the land would have shunned him.

We still have a ruling class today that our laws are not applicable to. It's only for the little people.

Well, the reasoning from the DA's office makes sense. The problem is that if I did something like this, I would be put into jail and STILL have the fine levied. I would NOT be given the chance to work my "lucrative" job to pay for the guy's medical expenses because I simply do not make enough.

This guy in the other hand makes more than enough to pay for the medical expenses and still comfortably enjoy his undeserved freedom.

That is my beef with this decision.

My question is, if the guy gets laid off or fired, does he immediately go to jail? Nope. He was only charged on a couple of misdemeanors... meaning he cannot be retried unless the introduce new evidence.

They're trying to bait us into open rebellion.
They want us to rise up and take to the streets
Then they can cry "This is Chaos! We must bring in troops to restore order"
Then they lock us down, set curfews, confiscate guns and give out ID cards.
We lose either way.
Of course when enough people have nothing to lose it will happen.
I figure when real unemployment hits 35 - 40% they will have had enough.
Then it's time to bug in if possible.

I find this story absolutely infuriating,
I hope justice finds a way since the courts won't do their job.

Now this would be a good threat for this forum. What bunkers? Now I know the "why" of it? We are supposed to have known about "bunkers being built"?

No. Aside from the obvious I've not heard about any rash of activity in the bunker business. So why not provide us with a little enlightenment in this area? It would seem a valid area of discourse given everything else that is happening in the world today.

While the police have hounded me for 18 years for nothing, these peopel do what they want and make some hand sign and judges fall at there feet.
