It looks as though amongst the Wikileaks Iraq documents there is evidence to support this case against Rumsfeld. I had not heard of this story before (not surprisingly).

US military torturing US citizens in Iraq, is a pretty damning claim.

Whilst Bradley Manning is himself in a US military prison, suffering goodness knows what, his heroic action continues to expose some very, very uncomfortable truths for TPTB.

What a great find. The monolith of justice cranks slowly but it looks like it finally has Rumsfeld in it's sites.

What this means and what this find shows is that America can now declare any American an enemy combatant for, in this instance, not willing to allow an illegal arms trade, hold them indefinitely, without charges, torture them and then dismiss their case. Time to wake up.

Spot on. And now thanks to the recent new law, they can kill them without due process.

Rumsfeld/Bush should be in prison for what they did to American troops.

The FDA was going after BioPort for making the Anthrax Vaccine in a new, non approved way. They were cited many times for having a dirty lab and even shut down for a spell. They were caught mixing recalled Vaccines with new batches and sending them out to be injected into Americans. Since the vaccine they were making wasn't made the same way that it's been made since the 1970's it was deemed an Experimental vaccine and they were cited for having no license to make an experimental vaccine. The head of the FDA was doing a good job....then President Bush/Rumsfeld had the head of the FDA FIRED and all of this was shoved under the rug.

You can no longer find those FDA reports on their website. Bush and Rumsfeld poisoned Americans.

The Israeli military veterans have a lawsuit going on right now about this. But here in Fascist America those who were killed or injured from the Anthrax Vaccine will never see compensation for what was done to them with the Experimental Anthrax Vaccine.

People DIED from it. There are thousands of Americans who were disabled from this. Bush and Rumsfeld should be in prison.

I would love to see a scuzbag like rumsfeld go down and go down hard. Problem is no amount of information or evidence is going to be enough to do whats right. These folks have a layer of protection and exoneration beyond our understanding. The best that can be hoped for is that nature takes its course, and hopefully sooner than later.

This is what I'm saying...these documents basically outline the entire war and will serve for a long time as a testament to the fallacies of armed conflict...they are important. read just one or two incident reports online and you will be taken there as it happened..like those pictures where they take a thousand smaller pictures to create one large image. I started a thread today Wikileak warlogs so people can share what they find.

These are BS American reports created to set the moral support for an attack against Iran/Pakistan, this doesn't prove anything and won't get Rumsfel or his co-conspirators behind bars, I mean the death penalty.

They are too rich, Mr. Bush owns oil company, what do you own>?

He had enough money to piss on the American constitution, what do you have?

Yes, I know some people do believe that about the reports. I resepct their view, and have a different one.

I don't have the obscene wealth that Bush and Cheney have - that's true. That doesn't mean I'm going to sit down and roll over, how about you?

Yep, Obama can choose to make sure fair, unbiased due process is carried out on this issue - or not. Frankly, I'm not holding my breath.

As much as I would like to see Rummy swinging from a lamp post I doubt this suit will go much farther. The rules set up for the Iraqi provisional government pretty much excluded anyone from taking legal action against the US or Iraqi governments - a cart blanche law to cover all the misdoings that went on.
It's good to see that Americans have been caught up in this kind of treatment as it will (hopefully) send the message to Americans that YOU COULD BE NEXT!
