What this means and what this find shows is that America can now declare any American an enemy combatant for, in this instance, not willing to allow an illegal arms trade, hold them indefinitely, without charges, torture them and then dismiss their case. Time to wake up.

This is what I'm saying...these documents basically outline the entire war and will serve for a long time as a testament to the fallacies of armed conflict...they are important. read just one or two incident reports online and you will be taken there as it happened..like those pictures where they take a thousand smaller pictures to create one large image.
