I've grown quite tired of the whole prediction thing.

I can assure you that on any given date you predict the worst of the worst....I'll crack open a cold beer and just chuckle thinking about the fact that here goes another date...that means NOTHING.

I posted a thread for 11.11.10 as a predicted bank holiday. It wasn't predicted by me nor am I scurrying about based on that date. I am set regardless of the date and really don't give a damn either way. If it happens? So be it. Will I sit by my clock sweating it? No.

Between Lyndsey Williams, Gerald Celente and all of the other doomsayers, I just go to bed and sleep like a rock. Should I wake up to an apocalyptic scenario, I'll deal with it then.

When the zombies are coming for my brains, they'll be met with extreme prejudice. Until then, I'll worry about things a bit more local.

11/9/2010 is the only bunch of numbers you can get when mixing around the numbers of 9/11/2001. And with the Illuminati/TPTB's love of numerology and the suspicion they were behind the 9/11 attacks, you can see how we suspect another attack

Well that is true and yes I am being serious. If you do mix around 9 11 2001 you will get, 11 9 2010. However, I cannot think of any other months or years you will get in the immediate future besides, 10 9 2011, 9 10 2011, 09 1 2011, 1 09 2011. I think those are correct.

Can we please just cool it with the predictions already? If something is going to happen, there is absolutely NOTHING that any of us can do about it. I enjoy thinking about these sorts of things, theorizing and the like, but completely off the wall "OMFG THIS IS GOING TO HAPPEN ON THIS DATE!" threads are starting to drain my patience, as well as many ATS users. While I agree with you about the influx of prediction threads can be draining, to say that there is absolutely nothing that can be done about whatever may or may not come is quite myopic. The way I look at it is this, if because of a thread here warning of what may or may not happen, I take the extra 5 minutes to play with my kid that much more, to tell my family that I love them one more time, etc, and something happens, I am prepared. And if nothing happens, my family is just that much stronger.

I seriously hope all these predictions are wrong, I really do. But there is just too much coincidence out there that is leading me to believe otherwise. You've got timewave zero predicting something now, webbot doing the same, Baba Venga's prediction for November as well. There's three things that all point to the same timeframe. Then, from the news, just a couple of weeks ago there was an article out about Germany being anti-muslim, saying they should either learn Christianity or get out. The Hedron collider is firing up, Iran fired up their nuclear reactor, trouble in Israel, and let's not forget Pres. Barry is in India for 10 days, the 10 days that both webbot and timewave zero have a prediction listed!

For me, if something happens, I'm set. I've spent extra time with my family, and am willing to accept whatever may or may not come. And to be honest, I'd advise everyone to do the same. Even if the predictions are wrong, will you really be that upset about spending a little more time with your family and loved ones?

This is a parody thread, right? Surely, ATS has not come to this.

I think he/she meant to say that 11/9/10 adds up in the same manner as that of 9/11/01, IE: 11+9+1+0 & 9+11+0+1 is the same numbers therefore the same answer when solved by addition.

I assume this is what the OP is saying. If the OP is NOT saying that and means it exactly as it was written, then the OP is rather bad in math to say it politely. Now the rest of the OP's post goes way over my head, but being that I always enjoy the numerology posts, I will excuse those odd Simpsons parts of his/her post.
