No... I think they got it right.

They work on Submarines there. Some of them are nuclear. It is a naval base. There is a publication called The Periscope for Kings Bay, a sort of newspaper, if you will. You can find the publication online. They very often have drills, obviously, as they do deal with nuclear submarines.
