Because, wow, you found someone on cregs list who claimed to work for the CIA and mentioned a chair to resurrect people , and then you heard about a chair at roswell! Because we all know people wh work for the CIA just break there security oaths so flagrantly like that, telling their friends all these secrets, so that they can go tell random people on craigslist.

I'm sorry for your loss, truly I am. I can't imagine what you're going through.
