No one has ever denied that weather modification such as cloud seeding takes place. Scientists have been experimenting with this kind of thing since the early 1900s. I looked briefly at the list of patents and see nothing sinister there, maybe you could point out which particular patent you think we should be worried about.

I would be worried about your congress on the issue.
Congress man after congressman denies of even hearing about it or ignores and just keep walking,then one congressman says YEAH we have had several discussions on the matter.

But you have a lot of errors. First, cloud seeding is a known activity and does not fall into the usual "chemtrail" lore, as it is much lower altitude, covers a very small area, and lasts a very short period of time. It's not the same thing; it's being included by "chemtrailers" as a red herring. People have been cloud seeding/making rain for as long as they have needed rain. Before planes, they used cannons and bonfires. That removes about 30 items from your list.
Second, there are patents for such things as "solar powered planes". That's as good thing isn't it? No fossil fuels being burned, so no exhaust, so no contrails or other source of pollution. Other "good" red herrings:

Why and how can you relate these items to "chemtrail" theory? Remove another nine items.

Third, you have devises or methods for measurement of particles. This is a good thing, at least if you are looking for the culprit of what makes contrails form, shape themselves, and persist. They are also used for such things as air pollution studies from ground level sources. I know the "chemtrail" people don't do regular science testing, but the rest of the world does, and measurement is extremely important. This is what is needed to prove the "chemtrail" claim that there is something "chem" up there. You guys need these things, and do not use them. Your loss. Remove 19 more patents from the list, as they are about measuring what is there, not adding something that is not.
Remove another 17 or so for the military use of smoke/fog screens and chaff. Neither are "chemtrails". Anything "nano" fibers is not "chem-" either. Unless you can prove they are being used as "chemtrail" materials? I know you cant.
Much of what you show have no "chemtrail" link at all, except to the PCT's (paranoid conspiracy theorists). There are even a few patents for attempting to limit the formation of contrails. Those are bad? Isn't that what you want, a sky with no contrails? Get your story right at least.
But really, the point is MOOT. All a patent means is that someone has an idea or product and they want to claim ownership of that idea or product should it ever become a money-maker. That's all a patent has ever been for.......money. It does not mean something exists or is being used. They never even have to make something first, a clear illustration works most of the time; they don't have to prove it works. If you Google "stupid patents" there are 760,000 hits.

Here is a point. The agenda is there, the interest, the profit, the motivation is there, the technology is there, no doubt. And you have to be stupid to believe there is no adverse health effects to plants animals and ecosystems, when heavy metals, nano-particles, and not to mention plastics and compounds non-natural to our atmosphere are raining down and blowing around..

I think it's obvious with most government conspiracies: The people can find the info, most of it declassified, long after the projects have actually been in place. Here is evidence of at least PROPOSED usage of aluminum particles. If I need proof that it is actually in USE, then I am afraid I can't produce any 'firsthand'.

Just the fact that it is out there, is enough to set me off, just for the simple fact that I know the government has been known to test and experiment with much more harmful things.

Stratospheric Welsbach seeding for reduction of global warming

Abstract

A method is described for reducing atmospheric or global warming resulting from the presence of heat-trapping gases in the atmosphere, i.e., from the greenhouse effect. Such gases are relatively transparent to sunshine, but absorb strongly the long-wavelength infrared radiation released by the earth. The method incudes the step of seeding the layer of heat-trapping gases in the atmosphere with particles of materials characterized by wavelength-dependent emissivity. Such materials include Welsbach materials and the oxides of metals which have high emissivity (and thus low reflectivities) in the visible and 8-12 micron infrared wavelength regions.

Claims


What is claimed is:

1. A method of reducing atmospheric warming due to the greenhouse effect resulting from a layer of gases in the atmosphere which absorb strongly near infrared wavelength radiation, comprising the step of dispersing tiny particles of a material within the gases' layer, the particle material characterized by wavelength-dependent emissivity or reflectivity, in that said material has high emissivities with respect to radiation in the visible and far infrared wavelength spectra, and low emissivity in the near infrared wavelength spectrum, whereby said tiny particles provide a means for converting infrared heat energy into far infrared radiation which is radiated into space.

2. The method of claim wherein said material comprises one or more of the oxides of metals.

3. The method of claim 1 wherein said material comprises aluminum oxide.

4. The method of claim 1 wherein said material comprises thorium oxide.

5. The method of claim 1 wherein said particles are dispersed by seeding the stratosphere with a quantity of said particles at altitudes in the range of seven to thirteen kilometers above the earth's surface.

6. The method of claim 1 wherein the size of said particles is in the range of ten to one hundred microns.

7. The method of claim wherein said material comprises a refractory material.

8. The method of claim 1 wherein said material is a Welsbach material.

9. The method of claim 1 wherein the number of said dispersed particles per unit area in the particle layer is greater than or equal to 1/.sigma..sub.abs 1, where 1 is the thickness of the particle layer and .sigma..sub.abs is the absorption coefficient of the particles at the far infrared wavelengths.

10. A method for reducing atmospheric warming due to the greenhouse effect resulting from a greenhouse gases layer, comprising the following step:

seeding the greenhouse gases' layer with a quantity of tiny particles of a material characterized by wavelength-dependent emissivity or reflectivity, in that said materials have high emissivities in the visible and far infrared wavelength spectra and low emissivity in the near infrared wavelength spectrum,

whereby said particles are suspended within said gases' layer and provide a means for converting radiative energy at near infrared wavelengths into radiation at the far infrared wavelengths, permitting some of the converted radiation to escape into space.

11. The method of claim 10 wherein said material comprises one or more of the oxides of metals.

12. The method of claim 10 wherein said material comprises aluminum oxide.

13. The method of claim 10 wherein said material is thorium oxide.

14. The method of claim 10 wherein said seeding is performed at altitudes in the range of seven to thirteen kilometers above the earth's surface.

15. The method of claim 10 wherein said material comprises a refractory material.

16. The method of claim 10 wherein said particle size is in range of ten to one hundred microns.

18.
