I know they wrote it for other reasons but some of these vehicle's (the submarine for sure) could be used in disaster type situations. I don't buy into the whole end of the world thing but that sub could surely be used in a huge flood and they haven't let any pictures be taken of one.

Also who is the man who owns the yacht, he can't be up to any good.

At a cost of 1.3 Billion the upkeep of that boat would be equal to the budget for the upkeep of a heavey cruiser or its equivalent, navy wise....
We are talking millions of dollars a year to drive this baby, and probably even to park it anywhere it must cost thousands a month for dock space and power....never mind wages and crew,as well as stocking it with fuel provisions and whatever else a bzillionare may require.....

why does it look like the wealthy are preparing for war? Nothing worse than ostentatious wealth, imo.
