I was running SETI@HOME,
it stopped responding,
so i shut down the computer, booted back up,
I tried to run SETI@HOME again, then the computer shut down!, i got aggrivated!
I booted back up,
and i could find SETI@HOME,
it was deleted!,

Is Someone hiding sompthing?

Some one is probably hiding a virus or spyware on your computer.

Of a hardware failure...memory, or your harddisk, maybe your processor.

Or there is a resource conflict.

Also, i think Windows XP will automaticly delete files causing errors, if you are running XP.

Also, there is a forum about Seti, this is in the wrong place (til a mod finds it).

Could be hardware problems. I never heard of this happening running seti@home or boinc.
