I guess this will be the panic disease of this summer.... it seems that we have one every year...

Sidenote: some people in the chicago area are buying 'bat houses' in an attempt to ward off west nile carrying mosquitos. the idea is that the bats will eat the mosquitos (wasn't there a simpson's episode with a similar theme?).
