McKenzie River Bigfoot Footage

No idea what this is but I think I see a second figure to the right of the one they are saying is possibly bigfoot. anyone else seeing that? It looks like it starts to stand up but then goes back down. Now that being said once again I don't know what this is or if it is even something moving. Could just be a trick of the eye from the camera moving and light changing on the object making it appear to move.
