You specify your points openly/honestly. Unlike others such as Kandinsky, most of us researchers take in the totality of information before suggesting a possibility or in extreme research, views.

My thoughts are simply this. There are many ebe races below, on (mixed in w/humans), and above this ball. Most benign and others for their own purposes ans yet others who are drastically serious about nuclear activity and won't allow our denotation. But if nuclear deterrents spread so far as not controlled and and admitted by soverin governments, then they too have a problem. (possibly knowing they cannot re-inhabit much of this world ball, as they could not prevent detonations re walk-in bombs.).

I feel, this is one of their main reasons for walking within our human races.. they want to know where the potential threats are coming from? Another reason for US Military "compartmentalization" ??

that's an interesting idea so if the aliens have "plans"for the world they would be scuppered if we were to sterilize it with nukes that could explain their interest in missile silos and nuclear installations

Maybe they trying to get us away from God.Maybe they are another trick but are very real to get us to believe God and heaven and hell are fake and they will toy with us to do it.

I don't know why our government would keep lying about this stuff though.It is rather obvious they cover up this stuff to some degree.

Why do they have to have an agenda in the first place? Ever question that? What if space travel isn't as perfect as we like to think? Maybe they use the earth as a layover spot before they go off to another layover until they get to their ultimate destination. These guys have probably seen more primitive races then we have different colored people on earth. But still we think we are important to them in some manner. The human race is still clinging to that last shred of cosmic innocence.

If a civilzation had free run of the Galaxy and beyond, I don't think there would be much of an "agenda" per se for Earth. I should imagine they would just want to make sure that emerging races don't tinker with cosmic forces that could upset their own civilzation. Afterall their society didn't get to where it is by ignoring threats, and threats would be scaled against the tech to counter it. Right now the Human threat level is pretty low, a few guided asteroid strikes on our planet would be enough to doom Humanity and allow some other species to evolve. So in the end the "agenda" is no more of an agenda then Humans have as they go about their daily business, ignoring insects and such as they do.

Maybe the Aliens are simply using us a bad example, as they nurture and guide life forms on other worlds in their quest for spirituality.

Hypothetical situation bare with me. What if they came here for something they needed thousands of years ago then left. It really doesn't matter what the motive: experimentation, gene pooling, gold, expansion. . . whatever. The fact that our history is vague at the least back then and subscribing to ancient alien theory it seems they may have altered us in some way after years of trial and error. Paleontologists and other disciplines still can't figure out why our brains spontaneously grew 3 times larger 'overnight' as it relates to species development all roughly before written Sumerian history began, pyramids, etc. After these aliens took what was needed some decided to stay. I mean it was an investment of sorts, wouldn't they want to protect there interests even for a short time. Then the project was complete! All available resources pulled. Is it so far fetched to think if they did it here they could have done it hundreds of other places, before and later, for other reasons. Now from time to time they come back to look at what they did, call it curiosity. That's it.
I can't see an advanced alien race wanting anything from us as a whole, but maybe this. An example being the way we farm fish. We need fish so we take a few and farm them. We don't use the entire ocean just a couple to get things started (alien abduction). Now they need to feed them (cow mutilations), from there perspective we seem to like beef and milk quite a lot here, but the mutilations don't stop with cattle, the other animals are just not needed as much. Maybe they do this to develop other planets, speed things along, be more efficient.
As for there agenda, I think it already happened. But that is the problem now, it is no longer about there agenda, it is now about our agenda.

Although one guess is really as good as the next on this topic, i think a good each way bet is they are simply explorers looking for life in the cosmos. Having found us, maybe their first find, perhaps not, they are probably just doing what we do, say when we discover a new species of creature in the rain forest for example. we study it,watch its behaviour, examine it perhaps.and maybe even try to calculate how long before a species, which cannot get along with its own kind,will be setting out searching for them perhaps. (watch out E.T we,re coming, AND we BITE).

I agree that they are treating us like children, but also, we feel like teenage children, constantly being interfered with throughout the ages.
In fact, I'm angry that they dispensed religions and fables that have caused so much suffering.
As we are panicky creatures, they should realize that teenagers eventually need a talking to.
I don't know how the rest of you feel, but I'm ready for one.
Not only let us know you, they, us are there/here, but make it global. We are ready for an explanation why matches and bloodletting aren't good for us......really.

Hillbilly Aliens...?
This was part of a comedy routine by Bill HIcks regarding a UFO sighting in Fyffe Alabama in 1989.
There is another thread somewhere with stories of aliens in regular contact with primitive societies (so remote even we don't know about them) They talk of "brothers from the sky" and "star people" visiting them, performing miracles.
These are primitive societies from all corners of the globe repeating similar stories. This is what these anthropologists claim.
I think different aliens might have different reasons for visiting and watching earth.

That was a funny clip. I agree with your post too about a wide variety of visitors. We speculate about a Navy Space Program or black ops, secret government...imagine an ET version of that. I think ET's visiting Earth is quite frequent, enough so that humans and some ET races monitor our Solar System.

For some reason I picture a race of ET who protects our planet. I'm sure they allow most friendly space craft near Earth to observe and whatnot. But I can almost picture guard stations. This just seems the most logical. If there is a presence. To me this would explain "air brushed" photos and all the controversy surrounding NASA. But NASA still has it's value with scientific research, they just don't provide the whole picture (supposedly).

Wouldn't you set up a permanent base on an alien moon or planet to observe a race? Would you make some sort of secret contact and set up a relationship with that alien species? (if you could communicate with them). So why wouldn't visiting ET's do that with us?

There is often the analogy of Discovering America, with space travel, a pretty good comparison. So what if ET's discovered Earth? America is a melting-pot. What if our Solar System is a melting-pot as well? A melting-pot for space traveling ET's? How easy would it be to remain undetected, and any evidence you have of your presence is covered up by the US Government?

Therefore an Alien agenda can be maybe 3 reasons:

1. Science
2. Religion
3. Unknown

You can't list 4. Destruction, because there hasn't been any alien invasion. Most people rule out the hostile ET's because we haven't been taken over yet.

Yet....
