alien abduction is this video real?

Ive found this video on you tube and wondered if anyone could validate or debunk it for me?

That's not nice ... Jonathan Frakes wasn't abducted, he's just had a hard time getting work.

About the video ... the guy seems to me to simply go out of the shot where there's no lighting. For all we know he went out, got drunk, and came back later and got sick.

Impossible to tell conclusively, but alien abduction is a slight stretch ... possible yes, but not really probable.

Curious.

I wonder if this was ever followed up on with person who sent the tape?

Well there was a pro-debunker on there, that was a better one then these on here and he couldnt even debunk it
and he got paid for his work to try and debunk it... you would think since that was a tv show back in the early 90's

I think the possablities could be, it was analyzed by pro's and every thing added to be the same as other cases
unless it is fake by that show...what was it on tv many years ago, unsolved something. I was around 6 or 8 yrs ol' when I seen that, I think

On topic, I am curious about the light, no one addressed the type, source or whether it was unique. Other than that there is not much to go on, but it is an interesting incident.
I am surprised there was no investigation of the area for physical anomalies or any interviews with people in the area. I guess by the time this made it out, too much time had already passed.

Im sure they are some logical reasons for what happened with the cameras also. Not exactly sure what they would be though.

It could be a "legit abduction video" but there are other possibilities as well.

I don't know how you even get the idea ths is an alien abduction.

What is there to debunk? There is no substance to the claim.

Its hard to say if its real or not from how it was presented. There is supposedly two hours between abduction and return yet as its presented the viewer has to accept that as truth even though the video only shows the two times the video cuts away and before and after.

I have to say possibly but as presented it places doubt that it is real.

This is an OLD video.. but yes, it could be real.

The good thing about this video is that it was originally recorded of VHS Tape.. and it wasn't as easy to fake stuff on tape like it is today. I'm not saying it couldn't have been done.

The problem with these shows is they don't care if it's real or not. They just want people to watch and to get good ratings.

I wuold like to know the actual contents of the letter and for what reason is it speculated that this is an abduction. I am onlyy assuming it was in the contents of the letter. The video does show the classic flash of light and missing time, but there is nothing visually that screams out abduction. Perhaps someone with a better screen resolution than I can transcribe some of what is shown in the letter. I tried but my screen is too small and its too blurry.

I'm not quite sure what that case has to do with this one or why you are bringing it up on this thread, nor am I sure why you are asking me?

And although I cannot speak for those you label 'debunkers' I am sure you will find all the commentary you seek on your video on the plethora of ATS threads on the subject.

Its as real as you want it to be..

From the video its totally impossible to tell what is going on, could it be real, well yes, could it be fake, well just as yes.

It seems to me that Frakes' is making much more out of this thing than is really there. The flash of light looks more like a camera switcher/recorder malfunction because it affects all four separate cameras simultaneously. I really don't think it's a physical flash of light at all. Frakes speaks of a second flash but no flash is shown.

To the true open minded individual there really is nothing here to investigate. I think you have to be imagining alien abductions to even consider this incident as in that category. The only thing we can see in this video is what appears to be a guy puking. To assume it is due to an abduction is ludicrous and would indicate a predilection towards alien/ufo stuff. That to me is a dangerous mindset to be in because it is the beginning of Schizophrenia.

This Frakes show could be used to determine how grounded an individual is in their mind. In other words, if you think this may be an alien abduction then that probably indicates there is something wrong in your life. You may need to quit reading about aliens and UFOs because it's adversely affecting your thought processes.
