Any links to any proggies that implements this concept? I have always been interested in Constructive Solid Geometry to make 3d models and this looks about as fun!

Huffman died in 1999, but there's a good site with some of his work on it (not pictures, the background):

And here's a refutation to the old theory (I kept hearing this) that you can only fold a piece of paper 8 times. Apparently not true:
