I purchased this at a Thrift Store in the children's book section for 25cents. It is called "Become Someone Else" and it is like an old workbook
you would get at school but it details out how specifically to change your identity. The dedication in the front of the book says " Dedicated to all
of my friends who want to start life over because of problems that the laws of this land will neither forgive nor forget." The only identifiers on
it are Nu-Way Publishing 1982 and a foreward written by W.R. Way. (?) I did a search on google but came up with nothing. I read the entire thing and
it is an extremely detailed step by step of how to remove your present identity and replace it with another. It isn't wacky or fictional in any way.
It is completely serious. It has copies of blank birth certificates and various required forms from state to state, different states DL laws, the
Soundex code, etc. (course it was 1982 but still!)
I am fascinated by it but fear it as well. I am in need like anyone else and such an item right now seems to be something that could sell for quite a
bit on ebay but is it considered sensitive material in this day and age and can selling it be considered criminal? Help.
