Bump! I'm going to read this and then probably write a response.

Nice overview. I would be interested to read something that goes a little more in depth. Maybe had case studies and outcomes. I'll see if I can find anything. This thread needs to get a lot bigger. A big part of denying ignorance is having an understanding of how people fool you.
