This is actually an older study, but the press has given it new life: my.webmd.com...
Essentially, it shows that people who report abductions suffer from real traumatic disorders. However, the authors of the article spin it as a way to
discredit EVERYONE who has had their traumatic memories remembered based on the raw physiological effects of the experiences (THEIR logic: aliens
aren't real, so anyone who has seen aliens is lying/stupid/nuts, so anyone who reports traumatic effects similar to those seen in alien abductions
may be lying/stupid/nuts).
Yeah, I've heard similar takes on the abduction phenomena. But, frankly, it's sooo lame. Do they actually believe that ALL these thousands of
people who have trauma, have it manifest in the SAME way with the aliens and light, and experiments and such??? In a way, that assertion is even more
nuts than the idea of being kidnapped by aliens.
