UFO Over Parliament Building, Vilnius, Lithuania.

This clip is from the UFO documentary 'UFO: Down To Earth' shown on the Discovery Channel in the 1990s. Its full of videos that I had never seen before. And I've seen many.

Its just weird...

I have no more information about this incident.

whoa, that looks freaky!
Strange, though I'm sure it's some type of machine, it doesn't move like I would expect a machine to move, mechanically, instead, it moves like it has intelligence, like someones mind is literally connected to it as it swims through the atmosphere.

I live in Lithuania, actually near Vilnius, but never heard about this or seen this footage, however the building in the video is the actual parliament, so it is at least partially credible.

So Discovery channel must be a hoax channel.

Day light footage is not blurry to me.

Wow that is some freaky #. Looks super demonic. I always bring this up.. and I don't believe in religion.. but the whole concept of UFO's being demon shape-shifters is creeping me out. I feel like we haven't had a real "saucer" siting in ages. It's all been creepy lights that dart around in the sky.

Hell, I'd take benevolent ET's over benevolent demons any day. Hahah

I've searched around, and I know a lot of people say that it was just metallic balloons, but did DC ever release thier footage of that ufo? They had a proper camera pointed at it the whole time.

Something seems similar between the 2 of them to me.

And their strangeness and lack of traditional 'disc' shape seems to add credibility to me...but perhaps I'm just easily fooled!

This video struck me as being similar to OP's video as well. If indeed this is an ET craft/being, it seems far more advanced than disc-based technologies.
