That KARMA thing is brand new. I don't see anything on any prior discussions.

I am sure a Mod or S.O will be along to explain all.

Simply put; Make your disapproval of the new system but learn the new system too.

Right below the P - F - S - W line, there's now another indicator that says KARMA. You have 4,619.

I don't know why you can't see it but others can??

Is this a good place to ask what those new numbers are in the avatar area and why the points were removed from the avatar area?

Been curious about that for weeks. Is there a thread that tells all about that?

I see that KARMA is NOT listed on ones Profile page. Just on the Mini- on the side of a posting.

EDIT to ADD; WOW. I just noticed when I hit Enter for this post, the number in KARMA went away and the word CALULATING was observed.

Therefore, it has to do with each post one makes. I would assume.

I sure hope it is for the amount of letters/words typed. I think an OP get shorted when the trolls come in and type away but leave no S and/or F. the OP should get something-IMO.


EDIT #2; When I hit enter for the edit on this post, I noticed CALULATING was on all of ours. I don't know-just reporting what I am seeing.

Wait, wait, wait - I go for a walk and come back and now there is a KARMA score?
I don't know how I feel about having my Karma scored...
