Crazy is right! It went from 5 days of sunshine to madness! We lost power here for 6 hours and yesterday I lost 2 trees and some shingles to the wind. I also heard more thunder in the last 3 days than I hear all year. Batten down the hatches yo!

Haha, same here, with the thunder and stuff. Crazy windy to.. its pulled some shingles up on our house and knocked a neighbors tree down. Sure hope it clears up, I dont mind the rain, but this is crazy!

Hey, saw your post on my intro thread and figured I'd return the favor and check yours out as well. Since the NW seems to be conglomerating here and discussing the weather, it hasn't been too nice in Eastern WA either. However, If I may say so, the weather is PERFECT for Halloween! Overcast, stormy (without too much raining), and windy as all get out! Branches swaying menacingly near the windows work as a great environment enhancer while watching horror flicks.

Even if I don't believe most of the stuff posted here, I really enjoy hearing all the conspiracies and theories. I'm not big on UFO stuff, but paranormal stuff is way too interesting.

Haha, yeah, well the weather is the only interesting thing, at least in lewis county!
It def is good Halloween weather, thats for sure.

Yeah, im interested in most of the topics, even If I don't believe it. But I love hearing what people think and about their lives. Ive seen a little bit of the paranormal and we were used to live def saw some freaky stuff in the sky. Nothing definitive, but just weird lights and stuff.

Weirdest thing I ever saw in the sky was a bunch of glowing little orbs that dropped from the sky to my bedroom window. As a little kid I thought they were angels visiting to make sure I was ok. I was like 6 or 7 though. Honestly I probably saw floodlight or whatever they use to advertise a grand opening and just fell asleep and dreamed about it.

However after 9/11 there were a TON of weird aircrafts flying over my house when I lived in Cali. The military was doing all sorts of strange things at the lake by my house. Don't know what to think of that. I know they weren't alien or anything, but I've never seen anything like some of them.

Weird, Well, the stuff I used to see, random lights..strobing or super bright hovering lights moving erratically was all when I was younger. like in between 6-9. I had an over active imagination and my grandma was allways talking about UFO's and stuff. So In my mind I put them together as one and the same.

As far as paranormal. I havn't seen much. But have alot of friends that have. More in the realm of the demonic though, not really ghosts. Im friends with a bunch of pastors and the like. They allways have interesting stories. I always take anything I hear with a grain of salt but very enlightening none the less

I go to a Christian University, even though I don't consider myself Christian, and its very interesting to see how much the Christian perspective varies regarding things of a supernatural and/or spiritual nature. What people believe really varies a lot. I've heard my fair share of stories from religious folk and churches, but I'm very skeptical of most of it. The idea that somebody is possessed by demons seems very strange to me, as a student of psychology. I honestly think most of it is just a mental disorder blown up into mass hysteria, which feeds into itself.

Its like fear, it can spread into mass chaos even though it really doesn't have to.
