This guy is a conspiracy theorists dream. In fact, you'd probably think he was amongst us here on ATS judging by his comments. I mean, all he's missing is the reptile bloodline stuff. And he's a politician?

This is what he had to say about senior citizens:

"This administration is trying to figure out how to deal with that stress and so they are doing end-of-life counseling in order to depopulate that particular group of people."

This is what he had to say about Obama planning America's crises':

"Since the beginning of this administration, we have witnessed crisis after crisis. Crisis in mortgage; crisis in the finance and banking; crisis in the automotive industry; and crisis in the credit card business. But all of it is contrived. All of it is a set-up."

And in comparing the US to Nazi Germany:

"Let me tell you that is something that happened in Germany when the Jews were walking into the furnaces and they didn't even try to stop or fight their way. They walked in because they did not believe that this was happening. They didn't believe that humanity could be so evil. I am submitting to you tonight that is where America is right now. They are our enemies and we must resist them."

And of Revolution:

"We have a constitutional remedy here, and the framers said, if that don't work — revolution."

UNFORTUNATELY, this man has since decided to run for office as a Republican candidate, which of course means that he has backed away from everything he said a year and a half ago in June 2009. Interestingly, he has continued to stand by his revolution stance.

So, I have a couple of questions. Why is he denying something which he, at least at one point, believed? Why is he standing away from his comments? Did he say them just to rile people up? Is the GOP making him retract his comments?

I think I'd want someone in office representing me that at least stood by what they believe in rather than selling out. What do you guys think?

i thought it had to do with everything that has been discussed in this thread so far.

a certain group is calling out what another certain group says when history itself shown they have done and called for the same things.

the title of this thread is : republican talks openly about population control, nazis, and revolution.

my post bored direct relevance to the op.

Hitler and the Nazi party was a socialist progressive movement. His idols were the early American progressives. He was leader of a labor union.

Many dont want to see the truth the far left is what made Hitler the man in Germany. The far right is actually anarchy which is also bad.

So whenever anyone says being a progressive is a good thing just remember Hitler was a progressive.

For the record, I consider myself a left-leaning person of Native American descent. I will never support eugenics.

I feel sorry for you. You're forever trapped in the game of using stereotypes against a wide group of people.

I'm afraid this argument doesn't work.

But, keep on going, ATS! You're doing a good job of rearing the folks raised on Faux Noise and other fright-wing media outlets.

Well, Rome will continue to burn as long as we argue here.

Fright-wing armchair revolutionaries and leftists aside, we don't really have time to argue in such a petty manner.
