Dr. Oz follows a low fat high fiber diet, "He just might be the last person on earth people would expect to get a colon polyp," says Dr. Lapook "He's physically fit (he left me in the dust the last time we ran together), he eats a healthy diet, he doesn't smoke, and he has no family history of colorectal cancer or colon polyps." . LaPook found something he hoped not to see, "a small adenomatous polyp that had the potential to turn into cancer over time."

Maybe if he ate less "healthy whole grains" and more "unhealthy saturated fat" he would have been protected

maybe cancer also comes form the mind as well... maybe trying to avoid it so much kept it on his mind so much he is subconsciously drawing it to himself... or maybe it is going to vanish as his body does what his mind is programming it to do... still health doesnt being immortality

There are so many factors.. but too much fiber from grains and cutting out even healthy saturated fats is not good for our body.

Polyps do not always arise from bad diet or lack of exercise.

And polyps do not mean cancer.

This guys a major histrionic drama queen or a freaking idiot. I'm gonna go with both. Polyps are normal in small amounts, everyone has one or some especially as you get older. Its when the amount starts increasing does the danger start to potentiate.
