Is anyone watching this? It's actually kind of funny...like The Office, but in India. Basic story, a sales helpdesk manager comes in one day, finds everyone gone, as the company (a novelty company) outsourced to India. So, if he wants to keep his job, he must go to India and help the call desk there relate more to American consumers.

While a depressing theme as a premise, the fish out of water concept works really well, and there is a very interesting cast of characters here. It's nice to see sitcoms making a go of it again.

I think this show was copied from the movie outsourced. Funny movie with the same idea as the show.

I saw this show last night. it was pretty hilarious.

On a down note, it brings back the memory of my job being outsourced... but that's for another thread.

on a high note... its nice to laugh at it.

I'll have to look into the movie, thanks.

So far, the show just seems to have a nice ensemble cast.

You could even compare the Office cast and find similarities in the character types.

TBH I thought it was just a continuation, or a kind of spin-off to the movie. If you watch the movie you will understand what I mean. Its available for live streaming on Netflix.

I went into expecting an extremely terrible show and was actually suprised to find out it wasn't that bad.

I really love Diedrich Bader's character, Charlie.

The only thing that is kind of weird, is that Ted has the hots for the Indian gal, when he's got a Nicole Kidman clone practically throwing herself at him... Sure, I get the whole forbidden fruit thing (gal is arranged to be married), but man, seriously? I mean, one came to your party as Cleopatra, and the other as a Spice "Rack" (spices covering her rack)... This a no-brainer man...
