"Right now, there is discussion in Washington and within the government of using the 25th amendment to the US Constitution to remove Obama from office," Edward Spannaus from Executive Intelligence Review said in an interview with Press TV on Friday.
The amendment allows for removing the president if he/she has incapacity either physically or mentally.
"In this case, Obama is mentally incapable of fulfilling the office of president," Spannaus went on to say.
Referring to Obama's plummeting popularity, mostly due to the recent economic collapse in the US, Spannaus said, "There is no way that his presidency could be salvaged at this point and it does not really make any difference who wins the congressional elections."
"He was not qualified to be the president in the first place. He was put in there precisely because he would act as a puppet and they knew he would be a puppet for Wall Street, for the London financiers and for the British," Spannaus added.
A recent survey from Gallup has revealed that more than half of American voters would not support the incumbent US president's re-election.

3. Whenever the President transmits to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives his written declaration that he is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, and until he transmits to them a written declaration to the contrary, such powers and duties shall be discharged by the Vice President as Acting President.

Whenever the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive departments or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall immediately assume the powers and duties of the office as Acting President.
Thereafter, when the President transmits to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives his written declaration that no inability exists, he shall resume the powers and duties of his office unless the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive department or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit within four days to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office. Thereupon Congress shall decide the issue, assembling within forty eight hours for that purpose if not in session. If the Congress, within twenty one days after receipt of the latter written declaration, or, if Congress is not in session, within twenty one days after Congress is required to assemble, determines by two thirds vote of both Houses that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall continue to discharge the same as Acting President; otherwise, the President shall resume the powers and duties of his office.
We are the losers. America is lllooonnnggg gone. Its too late... too late for us now....(and Obama was not qualified, he has to read a teleprompter... he is just a joke... a lousy pathetic joke played on the American people!)
Now Ronald Reagan... he was REALLY a great speaker and not a political toy like the "O" man
Seriously? I think the best thing for the recovery of this country would be to remove the entire government....shut it down entirely. When the bloated pig of government is removed, the people would do quite well on their own. Go ahead and flame me for saying this, but I truly believe there would be peace in the world if governments and greedy leaders disappeared.
Oh yeah, a lot of people are disappointed in him and NO DOUBT there's folks that want to kick him out - I'm pretty sure that I've even read those exact words in the MSM, BUT...here's the thing....it's going to be by election in 2012.

Tell you what, go over to Africa, visit some of the places where the government has completely collapsed and no longer functions and see how well things work when there is no government in charge. Take a good look at Darfur, take a good look at Somalia. Yea, governments are horrible. These are small countries with no real functioning government. And you want us to live like that?
