Peace to you Zorgon!
I've heard the simple phrase, "Are you sure the "bad" guy is really the bad guy?," but I've never heard Lucifer's plight described as you have posted. Is the idea in your reply that of your own, or an established one? Are you aware of any literature or information that elaborates on the exact premise of your post? I'd enjoy learning more. Thanks in advance!

All I meant was that if we take the dictionaries term of the following:

Extraterrestrial : Adjective
(1) Originating or located or occurring outside Earth or its atmosphere.
Noun:
(1)A form of life assumed to exist outside the Earth or its atmosphere

Or
Alien: Adjective
(1) Not contained in or deriving from the essential nature of something.
(2) Being or from or characteristic of another place or part of the world.

Noun:
(1)Anyone who does not belong in the environment in which they are found.
(2) A form of life assumed to exist outside the Earth or its atmosphere.

One can see, technically speaking that indeed God is of Alien of extraterrestrial belonging, not necessarily that he has an origin that can be readily understood by physical beings. Simply that God is not of this world.

So biblically speaking then yes an alien did create mankind. But I believe that's where the similarities stop for many reasons when one thinks of the conventional alien.

What if that war so many millennia ago, where he was cast out, was won by the bad guy? The winner writes the history book.... That Christian God wants blind obedience, wants you to be a sheep and just accept everything "The Lord is thy shepherd, thou shall not want..." He gets ticked off at people so Nukes Sodom and Gomorrah, then kills every living thing on Earth with the flood. He keeps sending plaques on to people that doubt him and makes even his loyal subjects suffer to 'test' them. Add to that the centuries of people tortured for daring to believe any thing else...

Seems to me we have been voting for the wrong side for 2000 years

Well, Zorgon, in answer to your "What if" line of thinking: What if monkeys flew out of Kandinsky's butt? Now before you go thinking I'm trying to start a flame war, I'm not: I've lurked here for 4 years and have truly enjoyed so many of yours and Kandinsky's post as well as the intellect you both possess--however, I don't agree with y'all in this instance.

In light of those intellects, I would ask you both to reconsider the concept in the context that end-time events as foretold or described in the Bible are a perfect theoretical fit for those issues & questions that most of us here seek explanation of. From one-world government to climate troubles to war to ufos to alleged contact with other dimensions to man's inhumanity to man: All & more are explained & illuminated perfectly in The Grand Unifying Theory: The Holy Bible,

I didn't start out with that belief, but when it hit it floored me with the weight and conviction of truth. Peace Y'all!

War in Heaven sounds familiar, I'll look it up today. I would have to say that the conspiracy IS far-reaching and evil. The final acts of brilliant deception by the undisputed master of horror & lies: Satan. It fits.

Oh, btw, Book of Boondock Saint is a series of posts here on ATS. I think I linked to it correctly in my other post. Thanks for posting this thread & I will be interested in looking further into your research referred to in the OP. Peace, brother!

I'll, ahem, take a pitchfork jab at that question Doomsday Rex. The Short answer: I come from the viewpoint of having kept--to the best of my ability--an open yet skeptical mind in my own personal philosophical quest for the meaning of, or lack thereof, life.

After initially rejecting Christianity, I became exposed to, and made many, many friends in what, for lack of a better term, I'll call the new age movement, including a couple of best-selling authors whose writings have had a major influence on the movement itself and boast large and very active adherents.

Through those experiences I became convinced that some of these folk were actually able to communicate with some kind of other-dimensional intelligences that weren't, as I had initially hypothesized, just subconscious figments of their imagination and these beings lead them all astray with brilliant half-truths. Going back to the drawing board brought me face to face with the fact that the Bible, like no other theory, perfectly explains and predicts our world today. Thusly, in answer to your question: Lucifer cultivated vanity within himself & learned to love the perversion of good & perfect things. Just like we all now do. Thats the short answer. Peace.

this is not a paranoid christian thread, im not a christian due to a very horrid experience in a church a few years back, I do however believe that it is possible a one world government may be formed under the banner of lucifer, if you read the thread properly you'll see not everyone here agrees with me and thats fine, I just wanted to discuss an idea is all

It could be, the new agers may be trying to open port holes for these demonic devices to infiltrate our air ways and minds. Don't play with fire or you will get burnt. I think all the secret society is a big scham to take global control and if they play with demons they stay with demons. Bad track to be opening doors to something they can not control. We can stop it though when the time is right all demons will be stopped.

Very little is known about Lucifer beyond the meaning of the name. Light-bearer is not an appellation applied to Satan (adversary) who was a leader of the djinn that refused to bow down to Adam. Isaiah 14.12:

How you are fallen from heaven,
O Day Star, son of Dawn!
How you are cut down to the ground,
you who laid the nations low!

This verse from the KJV is attributed to Lucifer but the name is not mentioned in the Bible. This anonimity allows disgruntled people a Brand name if you will. Sounds impressive as Hell but with no validity and there is no known history to trip up the adherents with knowledge.

A good thread, OP. One with a question that I would answer based on the information I and others are uncovering on " project Blue beam". Serge monast believed that the antichrist would come to the throne through a false disclosure. As someone posted earlier " Blue Beam " is the closest I have found so far that identifies, for me, an answer to your question.

This answer would be yes.

Please feel free to check Monasts in-depth disclosure document on my thread. I am researching it at the moment

If thats their intention... I don't think I know anybody who would let that fly. This is the same old story that's been done over and over again through out history...
Step 1: Leader's develop a God complex.
Step 2: Society gets fed up.
Step 3: Leader's are now screwed because they are usually idiots out of touch with reality that underestimates pissed off citizens.
Step 4: Society establishes a new Government after getting rid of previous one.
Step 5: Repeat Step 1.

There...I just summarized history in 5 steps...Plus predicted the future (hopefully not)... all for free and without a YouTube video.

anyhoooz... how do you hypothesize that a holographic image of a messiah aka lucifer in this case 2nd last (cough... the next one will usher in utopia) would bring about such a change? will he/she telepathically instruct all citizens of the world to 'vote' for the new un chief, or is it gonna be a military takeover, him sitting in one of the bombers? or will they chuck anybody who disagrees right into the burning fires of hell...
