Can somebody please make me an avatar

I know there are a few of these threads about but i was directed here by another member.

I would really like some1 who is knowledgable to make me an avatar. I would like it to have a cool picture of naruto froom the anime on it and also my username...and anything else your creative side wishes to put on it.

I would really appreciate it if somebody could do this for me thanks in advance talented artists =D
