Authorities are evacuating the state capitol in Madison, Wisconsin, as they investigate an incident.

Madison (AP) —

Authorities have evacuated the state Capitol building in Madison. Those in the Capitol were asked to leave shortly before 10 a.m. Tuesday.

Division of Emergency Management spokeswoman Lori Getter says the building was evacuated because of a threat. She wasn't specific.

So this is just on the heels of shots being fired at the Pentagon.
Wonder if it's related and if we'll see more attacks on government buildings.

From your link, but if this was something terror related with all the recent warnings going out, then this should have caused a huge stir right? So, this means it was what a local crazy or gang type initiation?

The Pentagon Was the Scene of a Shooting Early Tuesday Morning When Shots Were Fired at the Building

No one was injured, but at this time it is not known who fired the shots. The Pentagon police said they heard about five shots around 4:50am, with two hitting the south side, one hitting a window and one hitting the building on the other side. This part of the building is unoccupied and is undergoing renovations.

The windows did not shatter because they are bullet-proof.


For about one hour after the shooting there was a partial lockdown of the Pentagon's south parking lot and south entrance and authorities did shut down part of I-395 as a precaution.

Are there threads on that? And Bin has been located before and we let him slip away is that what will happen again? They would have to shoot to kill because after all the hoopla over him they wont allow him to speak or tell his side. well at least IMO.

I was thinking the same thing about that. But not to veer off topic. this is about the Wisconsin evacuation. I don't think the shooting is related to the evacuation.

Looks like it's going to be one of those days...

They are stepping it up more that he isnt even hidding and that Pakistan mil. are guiding his steps. He and his no 2 are said to be living in open quarters I heard on cnn yesterday. Thing is this is the first time I heard of him being in the open and not in caves so I think what ever game is being played is about to take another step. Right after that the uk terror threat was being covered. so.......

My initial thoughts are:
If a crazed terrorist wants to hurt our country, they go attack.... Wisconsin????

That's what would lead me to believe something like this would be domestic terrorism. Even more likely, some punk kids calling in a fake bomb threat.
