I am Seeking Information on This Base

I have personally have stayed on Aviano Air Base operated by the us airforce some call it the northern air base back in the 90s it was the home of f/16s F/117 nighthawk, i used have some friends there.

Back then i heard rumors that the base could have a underground base as well like the most recent bases you heard about. or more like a underground network system.

Is anyone here from that base or is there someone that knows more about that base?
that could shed some light on this.

I was there in the 1990s for the Bosnia operation. Never heard that rumor before.

The rumor also has that CIA or some other group had some mind experiments going on.
i am not sure if this was the base in italy.
