Safeway OBE (almost)

Last night I was dreaming that I was in Safeway with a select few of my classmates including some random people and one of my teachers. It wasn't like we were in a group or anything, I just saw all of them there. I was wondering through Safeway (the dream was the most vivid I've ever had in my whole life) and when I reached a certain part of the store, I heard my dad trying to show me something, but for some reason, I never looked at what it was he was showing me. At that moment, the dream became so vivid that I was able to recognize for the first time in my life that I was dreaming (during the dream). Then all of a sudden I closed my eyes in my dream and was in the beginning steps of having my second OBE, but then I swallowed for some wierd reason, and I woke up. I woke up at around 7:00 am, so the dream probably took place at around 6:00 am through 7.

Now that I think about it the dream could have been a Lucid Dream, because everything was so vivid and I could see the magazines and everything so clearly.

It most likely was a lucid dream. The next time you hit that lucid state, your supposed to slip out of your body, and then project. I typically do this by just watching my hands melt away and sort of let the dream fade, I'll then be pulled into a projection.

Strange, many of my most graphic dream happen after waking at around 6am, then falling asleep and dreaming between 6am and 7am. I wonder if this sort of sleep is related to lucid dreaming. I wouldn't have expecting that was time to go into REM.
