Its a very sad case & one which i doubt will ever be solved unfortunately.
It is hard not to have an emotional response with this and i think wyn hawks has done well to maintain perspective on this. Personnally i feel that the mcanns proffessional status has helped them no end and for some reason they have been assisted with their credibility by getting the popes backing amongst others on there world tour to raise awareness etc - how i dont know as there are many other cases, possibly worse that never make it past a weeks news worthyness let alone million pound + donation funds.

Im on the fence with this one having drifted often towards them being guilty, esp as they at least should really have been answerable to some neglect charges or at least treated like we all know your average joe would have been.
I dunno, theirs been so many errors by the police and indecsions that have muddied the waters that i feel its beyond a definate conclusion unless a body turns up & even that wont clear it up.

I do hope the girls alive but my suspicians do lean towards too much sedatives etc etc.........

I know you didn't make the vid but

I'm a bit into photography and to my knowledge there is no such thing as photo date software that will work on the jpeg format (printed photo). Maybe.... maaaaybe there is software for raw images but not sure of that either.
Then comes the fact that these people never had access to the true print of the photo, only to copies on the web... no way they can access dates from that.
correct me if I'm wrong and then I'd like to have the name for this software...

as for Maddy, I also tend to go with the theory that the parents overdozed her and covered it up, espacially after reading Goncalo Amaral's book..

this is from the book by Gonçalo Amaral, its been banned by the McCanns by there high profile lawer, now Gonçalo Amaral is the former PJ inspector who investigated the disappearance of Madeleine McCann, in the Algarve.

The Turnaround in the Investigation 23.29 – The investigation uses two very special dogs that are used by the English and North American police, that have successfully solved over 200 cases. These include the murder of Attracta Harron, an Irishwoman who went missing. The police and the forensic scientists were unsuccessful in finding out what happened to her. The investigators then brought in Eddie, one of the two dogs that were in Portugal, that identified a carbonised piece in the suspect’s car. That piece contained DNA from the missing woman. The dogs that were brought in to help the investigation are great investigators. Eddie is a dog that specialises in finding dead victims and marking locations where dead people have been. Keela is able to detect human blood in such tiny amounts that they elude the investigators. 24.26 – In these police images, we can see Eddie and Keela inspecting the houses where the nine British tourists stayed, and Robert Murat’s house. The dogs only reacted (alerted) in the apartment where the McCanns stayed. Eddie marked (alerted to) cadaver odour in the wardrobe of the McCanns’ bedroom. 24.50 – That was how it was. The dog that marks (alerts to) human cadaver odour marked cadaver odour in this corner, the doors were open when the test was made, and after walking around the parents’ bedroom, he placed his nose in here and marked this area. So according to the expert, a cadaver was here, either on the shelf or on the floor. 25.20 – Eddie also detected the odour of death behind the sofa in the apartment’s living room. Keela is brought in, and she points out a small amount of blood behind that same sofa. 25.49 – At the time when the area behind the sofa was cleaned, there is a body being transported to this location, or it was kept here for a while. That is the indication that exists, there was no blood here, contrary to what was found behind the sofa, and there is the marking that a cadaver was here [indicating the wardrobe shelves].

Martin Grime Dog Handler

26.34 – The dogs’ investigation continues. They inspect several vehicles, and they only alert to the car that was hired by the McCanns 23 days after Madeleine’s disappearance. Eddie alerts that the car key and the boot had been in contact with a dead body.
27.01 – Keela discovers organic traces for analysis in the boot.
27.23 – The dogs’ reaction is revealing. These dogs have never failed in over 200 cases. The dogs marked two spots in the house: The wardrobe in the parents’ bedroom, and behind the living room sofa.
27.40 – They also signalled the car, that had been rented by the McCanns 23 days after the facts, as well as Kate’s clothes and Madeleine’s soft toy.
27.58 – How was it possible to find a soft toy with cadaver smell in a bed that was not marked by the dogs, and with no indications of Madeleine having slept in it? The dogs’ work could hardly be more revealing.
28.31 – Two weeks ago, there was a radical change in the investigation, tiny traces of blood were found in the apartment. When you heard that the police had found blood in the apartment, how did you react?
29.23 – This is the turnaround in the investigation. The abduction theory becomes less likely than the child’s death. The parents, friends and relatives become suspects.
29.33 – The hypothesis that little Madeleine is dead has somehow gained some consistency.
29.40 – The collected samples are sent to an expert lab in the UK, the Forensic Science Service, in Birmingham. The analyses’ results start being targeted by speculation. The Times is the first newspaper to announce that some of the preliminary results of the analyses on some of the collected material didn’t match Maddie’s DNA, prompting a denial from the lab.

and if you want to know how acurate these dogs are then read Mr grimes full statement HERE

the McCanns have avoided questions from the start, something very odd with the whole case....i tend to belive that child was killed by the parents, she was a trouble child, that got in the way of the McCanns ever growing social life, she would scream non stop, have major tamtrums...and there story stinks of bull#...plus the fact, there never once search for there daughter, and even on the night of the fishy story of abduction, the cooks and cleaners were getting the hump with the McCanns because they would sit in there room chatting, while the whole village searched and some of the staff had worked for over 10 hours, and were searching while the McCanns did nothing..

They blatantly killed her.
i saw a documentry about the book...the investigator. It was VERY revealing....i would suggest if you have not read the book the go watch the documentry.
The inspector thinks madeline was playing on the sofa, slipped, broke her neck....the dad was seen carrying madeline towards the beach...its all too fishy.
Im almost 100% certain that they were involved in some way...sedated the kids...left them on there own in a foreign country....cadever dogs got positive readings...blood in there car...the refusal to give up madelines toy, if they didnt do it then i would be very surprised

now if the McCanns really did do it(which i belive they did) then it means the tanners were in it aswell, now that little girl screamed every night were told from other guests at that resort, and the night before she dissapears it said she was haveing a major tamtrum, and could be heard from other guests still going on till 11,45 at night, now it said by staff the McCanns would dump there kids in the resort creche all day everyday since the start of the holiday..

..now did they kill here in temper,or over sedateing her.
killed in temper would explain the blood...smacking her so hard it killed her..

or killed her by over sedateing her...and being the trouble girl she was,she would of been fighting any drugs they gave her,so they would of gave her more and more..untill she overdosed...and the tanner must of known, and worked up a story and plan to make it look like a aduction,by setting up the whole dinner night...

Have any body language experts ever commented on the initial reactions of the McCanns on the first days of the investigation?

I think that if they did kill her by force, there would have been more evidence, more blood, etc. I still find it puzzling why they found the cadaver scents in the wardrobe and behind the sofa. The boot of the car I can understand, but not the first two. They would have been moving her around the apartment all night while people looked for her, risking getting caught, but maybe that's why they didn't take part in the hunt like people said.

The Tanners were the ones who saw the mystery suspect carrying a small child that night, right? The perfect alibi and cover story all in one.

The truth of this case will never be told because this was a paedo-porn ring involving VIPs of all classes, reaching to figures at the very top of governments, as well as some very familiar celebrities that wouldn't want you to find out about it.
Jim Gamble was deeply involved in the enablement of these activities, in opposition to the interests of the organization he represented.
That's why we'll never hear the whole truth. It's kind of like the 9/11 scam: its full revelation would cause the entire fabric of all that we ever believed and trusted to suddenly unravel. It would destroy our very psyche.

Sorry if the link is long, but it seems their world is starting to fall apart.
Seems Gordon Brown is no longer in a position to help them either.....I mean.....who goes to the then Chancellor of the Exchequer to tell them about their daughters dissapearance.
I stick by my Freemason link.

heres a intresting twist to the Madeleine McCann story.

theres a lot of mysteries about this case, here is a video explaining a photo released by the McCanns, but when put through dateing softwear,it shows up as being taken 2 days after she went missing ?

edit on 18-10-2010 by snapperski because: (no reason given)

This video well, it's bs. Look at the Software that has writen the date into the picture. It wasn't a camera, it was Photoshop 9. So this pic has been altered or just cropped with PS9 two days after she was missed. I see no problem. But the whole story is for sure still very suspect. I can remember a interview where the mother is playing sad like hell until the camera turned off. Then she was smiling and chating like it was a staged scene take.

well maybe they killed her behide the sofa, then moved her to the wardrobe, before dumping her body somewere, now they also found cadaver scents on the car keys and the little girl teddy bear, but none on her bed, that was untouched by the way, when they claim she was sleeping in her bed,and when the portuguese police put the McCanns under investigation, for there conflicting storys, and blood in the apartment, the McCanns left the country the next day,and got the worlds best deportion lawyer...???...if your inocent, and your baby child is missing, would you not stand firm, and fight on for her...i find this a big question mark, and also how the McCanns refuse to answer simple questions.....and refuse to do a reconstruction
