Statement 5th October 2010 ( Day 1251: 05/10/10)
We were told last night of the resignation of Jim Gamble from the Child Exploitation and On Line Protection Unit (CEOP). We are certain that he will be a huge loss to the field of child protection. Knowing how committed Mr Gamble is to this cause, it is extremely saddening that he feels unable to continue to lead CEOP which appears to be as a consequence of the proposed Governmental changes.

The search for our daughter Madeleine has been greatly enhanced by the work carried out by the team at CEOP. We would like to thank Mr Gamble for all of his efforts, both for Madeleine and for all missing and exploited children.

In this challenging economic climate, we urge the Government to remember the value of our children and the importance of the invaluable work which is necessary to protect children against the devastating crimes of child abduction and exploitation

Im wondering if this resignation will be the start of finding out what really happened to Madeleine.
This statement was made by Gerry McCann on his blog. The only time he posts nowadays is to ask for money, or if something does not go his way. The Freemason link is surfacing me thinks....

I was going to start by saying that a few lessons in applying quote-marks wouldn't go amiss but... are you saying Gerry McCann is a Freemason? And that this has something to do with the case?

And to think I signed up here with the idea that the Batschlit-crazy threads were below 50%...

...i dont think we'll ever find out what happened to that little girl - unless she's still alive somewhere and manages to survive until she's old enough to escape but thats a HUGE if...

I have to agree with Wyn Hawks.

I didn't like how the whole investigation was carried out and in particular how the Mc Canns affected the direction of the investigation. I know it sounds harsh, but the original suspicion on the Mc Canns was totally justified, and it would have been unprofessional not to consider them as possible suspects.

Also whilst on the topic, who leaves their very young children unsupervised in a hotel room, or villa whilst on holiday? At least we can all learn a valuable lesson from that. The police were right to investigate the family and the officer who was publicly slated for it should not have received the backlash he did. Just my thoughts.

I hope they find her. It would be a miracle.

The parent should have been taken before a judge on child neglect charges...but because they are doctors, they are above a fair trial and it wasnt even mentioned as far as i can remember.

Cadever dogs dont lie....they clearly indicated death behind the sofa...in the wardrobe and in the car.
I dont think we will ever get to the bottom of this.....they have bled the public dry for money, used millions of pounds of resources...and i believe they know exactly what happened to her, they arent thick, they are vile evil people

...lots of people do it... they think they're in a safe place and it just never ocurrs to them that something bad could happen...

...theres no evidence that proves the kids were neglected or that the parents were considered above the law because of their professions...

...cadaver dogs hit on the smell of decomposition (not death) and they do make mistakes... what the "hit" is from or how long its been there has to be determined by a human in a lab - and - if anything conclusive had been found, the parents wouldve been indicted...

...are you saying that you wouldnt do the same if it might help you get your child back?...

...is that based upon evidence that you've actually researched yourself - or - an emotional response to the media hype - or - just a gut feeling?...

I absolutely hate the McCanns.

I personally think they KILLED their daughter.

I hope one day the truth is discovered and those vile disgusting parents of hers are executed for this lie.

The McCanns are scum and I wish only bad things for them.

Poor little Madeline, no justice for such innocence.

PS. And the McCanns friends need a public stoning. Each one needs to be dealt with.

no its certainly not a joke.

remote viewers have looked for lost kids all the time.

i would not joke about the situation, i can think of nothing worse than losing a child.

ALL methods should be utilised to help in cases like this,

If you think its a joke, I suggest you contact Lyn Buchanan, Joseph McMoneagle, or any of the adknowledged RV experts, they might convince you otherwise.

I have always thought this aswell mate.

From day one I thought that it was a cover up. Given that the twins were found to be sedated, I believe that they overdosed Madeline and spun a fabrication to fool us ever since.

I do hope that the truth will one day come out find it hard to belive that a child can 'disappear' from the face of the earth with no trace.

Hopefully we will see the McCanns serving a very long jail sentence.

...do you remember the case of the little girl who stolen while she was sleeping in a tent?... seems like it happened in the 60s... her family was on vacation out west somewhere (wyoming?)... the parents slept in the camper and three kids (two girls and boy) slept in the tent... in the morning, one of the girls was gone and they never found her...

...sometime during the last year, i saw a documentary about remote viewers who got into that case and went there and found evidence but were removed by the local cops when the media showed up...

...did you see that?... very interesting... wish i could be more specific but i cant recall the affected family's name or the name of the remote viewing group...

i do remember that .

i think a lot of police forces worldwide use remote viewers, sort of 'out of the eye of the media', because the mainstream media would probably subject it to ridicule

i am sure there are cases where rv has been used to good effect, which we will never find out about,

if one remote viewer found only just one lost child, then it has all been worth it in my mind

i wonder if any of the ex project stargate members are members here on ATS ?

Middle class doctor comes to my mind.

If a single parent had left their children, and one went missing they would have been up before the courts for neglect, especially if the child was hyperactive as in Madalines case.

If the McCanns knew, their friends also knew. There's no way they aren't involved, since it was them who left her and her siblings alone in the first place. If you leave small children alone, something is bound to happen, whether it is an intruder or something as simple as the child getting out of bed and having an accident. That's where the sedation theory makes the most sense, but the thought of that gives me the creeps that they could abuse their medical positions like that.

So regardless of whether or not they murdered her, they had a significant part to play in her seemingly vanishing off the face of the Earth that night. And yet, nothing has come of it. They got away with child neglect.

heres a intresting twist to the Madeleine McCann story.

theres a lot of mysteries about this case, here is a video explaining a photo released by the McCanns, but when put through dateing softwear,it shows up as being taken 2 days after she went missing ?
