Australia had a pretty mild winter. I hardly used the heater.

Relax children for you are about to witness a sign from God. The sun is about to give birth and a second son shall appear to rise up amongst the peoples of the earth.

Can't say I have not been telling you of these prophecies for quite some time now, but you listened not in the name of 'denying truth' and calling it 'denying ignorance'.

Perhaps all the recent "UFO" sightings are actually observation drones here to watch and take measurements of a planets demise. If we could, we would.

Does anyone have a pic of the filaments that was taken at the same time as the "ring" one in the OP? I noticed phages was from about 4 hours earlier, maybe the ring hadn't fully formed yet.

Like the wise ones have said, it's just the way the patterns have shaped up. There's no evidence it is representing any unusual happening or resulted from anything. Here's a vaguely similar image from the 'gallery':


By the way, the Sun does have 'quakes' from big cme's, that can send out waves across the entire globe. But it's no big deal.. (grin) Eg:

Thats not true. The Sun is a male, can't give birth.

PS - why doesn't someone (who is more interested in this than me.. ) just do a 'reverse animation' and show how the ring developed? It should be quite clear from a movie if it is something real, or if it is just a chance alignment.

Plus if you go back far enough, it should show if there was any 'triggering' event.

Not sure about a mild winter, its nearly summer & it snowed yesterday.

I know I had the heater on last night, & had 2 running for a while there in winter.

What is this strange ring that has been developing on the Sun?

Sunspot 1112, located in the southeast quadrant, has been the source of a giant filament that is currently stretching 400,000 km across the surface of the Sun.

However, today, there appears to be development of a enormous circular ring which looks to be linking with the huge magnetic filament of sunspot 1112. Most of today’s various wavelength images of the Sun all show this feature over at the SDO (Solar Dynamics Observatory) – NASA website.

Will be most interesting to watch and see what develops! Cause you never can be too sure with Nature now can you!

Unlike those on this thread that 'think' they know what it's all about (emphasis on THINK they know) - the Sun is a mysterious creature with a mind of it's own for sure. A 'way' about it that doesn't requite permission from scientists and wanna be know-it-alls before it busts a move like we've never seen before! (Or like we've lived to report before, lol)!

Using my gen3 night hunter scope I can clearly see the rings. there are 2, when the sun is off at night, the weird thing is it appears blue!! every other thing I have ever looked at through the scope has been green!!!, I'm sure Phage, Chad or Oz will be able to make me feel safe, though at the moment I'm trembling with fear, fear is beginning to get uncomfortable because of the friction and I'm worried she'll leave me and go back indoors soon, HELP ME!!

Well, you know giant ringed filaments measuring 60% of the diameter of the sun are a regular occurrence. Do you have another explanation? This would only be caused by an internal source of flux and given a 3 dimensional architecture could eject a large portion of the sun within the center of this ring. My spiritual connotations are connected by an extensive study of signs that have spanned my entire life time and have been becoming more synchronous as of lately, therefore I was not in any way making a statement in jest or without substantial personal conviction beforehand. Besides, they do not allow internet access in most mental institutions for fear the patients might receive some form of legitimate learning or enlightenment.

There is something like magnetic "circle" or "half circle" but it is not so unusual. Sun is more active these days but duck and cover actions are not needed yet

I went and watched the stereo video from August to today to watch it develop, it kinda just happens, the filaments have been there for quite a while and eventually move into their current location.

Please! People, do not panic! We must give the Sun time to finish its smiley face, of which I have no doubt this outline is the beginning of...
