Playing games with selling it prepacked is just that: playing games. I've yet to see any justification for not selling your "prepacked" version that still makes sense applied to anything else. You're just emotionally involved to this uppers and downers thing because of personal experience. I see no reason to prohibit others from making thier own decisions. I burned my hand on a stove once. I don't debate fools, but will say just this much more. People who would willingly take other individuals comments out of context with the intent of deceiving in order to attempt and win a debate are low. Like, really low, man.
