New newbie here

Greetings! I happened across this board several months ago while doing some research on A51 and the Shadow Government. It was my desire to lurk for some time before posting, so I could get a feel for how things flow on these boards.

First, about my username. Karellen was the chief Overlord in Arthur C. Clarke's "Childhood's End." Very bizarre and scary, yet interesting character.

My interests in the issues discussed here are strong, but I always try to maintain a modicum of skepticism and realism.

One of my main conspiracy interests is the Kennedy assasination (actually, both Kennedy assinations). I've done a fair amount of research there.

Some of my other interests include New World Order, Nazi Germany and secret military programs. I'll let it be known up front that I don't put much stock in Alien stuff. It's just a little too "out there" (literally:@@ for me. I much prefer to discuss things "of this earth."

Either way, I look to sort of "ease" myself into the discussions here.
