Good evening. JadedTree here. I've been lurking on and off and on again for several months, but seeing two particular threads of interest recently has prompted me to sign up and hopefully post a reply soon.

I'm into conspiracies. What had originally started out as "why is my life always going the way it is" eventually turned into "why is the world the way it is, and who is causing misery for most of us" when I started finding out other people were experiencing similar problems in their lives. I used to be a member of a site hosted by a Catholic novelist which covered similar topics until one day I was mysteriously locked out after I posted details of a dream I had about a crop circle with a serpent inside. I saw that the forum and the novelist's Web site mysteriously vanished before I tried to go back there about a couple of years ago, just to see how she was doing. I've always wondered if certain "elements" were trying to get to her because of her podcasts which exposed some things that were being done by those in the new world disorder clique. I hope she is still doing well these days.

Anyway, what are (or were) my interests? Vatican II and 1958 conclave election - some people have noticed that those who claim to lead the Catholic Church do not fully profess the Catholic faith and can't possibly be Catholics who could legitimately lead the Church. . . part of a larger plan to bring the world to a single global religion. Then, I have from time to time read things pertaining to Hinduism, yoga, kundalini, and Jesus' so-called "missing years" in India and Tibet. I'm really into technology and politics as well. For those who are into computer games, I think that SimCity 4 teaches people how to be better leaders than some of the politicians who are linked to current scandals.

Looking forward to some lively discussion. . .

Hey Jadedtree, welcome to ATS!

I'm going to get back on to Simcity 4 now! Been playing Civ5 too much...

About the politicians being in on scandals, I don't think they go into politics corrupt b*****s, It comes from the feeling of invincibilty and power I think...

Welcome aboard...always good to see new faces (avatars) here...I'm fairly new as well...one bit of advice, try not to disparage others on the site - if you disagree with their position, try not to call them an idiot - seems to be a lot of that on here...not very fun when you're on the receiving end.

Best of luck to you! Enjoy the site.

Welcome Jaded. Looking forward to your contributions. It helps to lurk for a while me thinks. The only advise I can give is don't take personally any attacks from those who disagree or ridicule something you believe in. Expect it and it goes down better. ATS has gotten a bit disrespectful lately imho.
