I'm sorry, I do think that I've seen that clip a long time ago.
I do believe that it was debunked by being that you're seeing some city lights shine thru the coulds.

Thats got a date on the cam.
and if you look at the same cam now, in the daytime, its at a strange angle for city lights to be showing up at all.

But if there is a similar vid that you have seen please post it, as it could be the same ... whatever... causing the light

You may possibly have something there. While looking for my 'deja vu' moment, I sure came across a bunch of sites over this one and another back ion June 20.

Nice reflection off the video monitor. Anybody actually go back into the archives to the images shown and see if the thing is actually there?

I really don't have any info, It was from another forum with alot of people watching various webcams with pleanty of sky.. Only other info I have is what someone overheard on a police scanner;

"Is there airspace above the lake???"
"Airforce only."

There is no reason that it is not a plane (or a bird for that matter).
The archives show such things frequently appear.

Id go chopper, or plane. Not bird though :\

Was it just sitting there in mid-air? And for how long? Because i can see the Space Needle's light blink in your video. Pretty strange for any object to be still afloat in an aerial shot. Maybe it's a raindrop...flagged for catching my interest though.

Yeah. Not a bird. I didn't notice that the live cam has a greater frame rate than the archive.

Was sitting there for quite a while, then moved to the other side, but it was there for long enough for lots of folks to get screencaps

Theres another from about an hour later. when the webcam decided to go retarded with its focus.

and another, unfortunately the time is cropped out on that one

Seattle area and the rest of the puget sound has a huge military presence not to mention the boeing plants in Everett and Seattle, I'd say our common NW ufos are spying on all of that... But its hard to imagine russia having the capabilities or money...
