The terror group tied to the Ft. Hood killings and the Christmas Day undies airbomber urge wannabe American jihadis to open fire on crowded restaurants in the nation's capital to massacre U.S. government workers.

The advice appears in "Inspire," the latest issue of a slick propaganda publication by Al Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula, Osama Bin Laden's franchise in Yemen.

"A random hit at a crowded restaurant in Washington, D.C., at lunch hour might end up knocking out a few government employees," Yahya Ibrahim writes in the 74-page jihadi how-to magazine.

"Targeting such employees is paramount and the location would also give the operation additional media attention," Ibrahim added.

Oh nice.

Well, I suppose civilian casualties shouldn't matter to Al-Queda either. Hasn't mattered to the warmongers, so right back at ya.

And how is writing an article about attacking anything in the future not look like the biggest bunch of crap.
I have a feeling that someone somewhere put someone up to this, this is all a strategic move on the chess board.

One day,
someone will slip up
leaving some tell-tale code strings in the pdf edition of 'al-qaeda's inspire magazine
then we will know who is pushing the propaganda of fear
(as if some ATS members don't already correctly suspect).

afterall, you can't just have a 9/11 and leave it at that,
sheeple are complacent and forgetful.

almost everything else TPTB have done has been fairly unprofessional, sloppy, and full of holes.
keep up the average effort CIA/Mossad.
