Don't you hate those dreams when you have someone chasing you? Don't you hate it when involves the military of the U.S. or China? This dream was crazy! The PLA or military of China was after me. Planes with flamethrowers, Many soldiers with bombs and guns and so on. was running like crazy. For some reason they couldn't hurt me or kill me. A few bruises but that was it. I looked at their expressions and was shocked! They called me names in Chinese and I think they said Beast in English! Crazy! I guess you would call me a Beast for surviving all of that.

So are you saying you just out ran or did you defeat all these military men and their planes and weapons. It must have been scary fighting them.

I had a dream where I was in the Congo, and 10 to 15 gorillas were chasing me. They were all going tree to tree and I was running when there wasn't too much foliage. When I heard their screams 20 or 50 feet behind me, I turned to see how close they were.

Then I went into slo-motion. The closer they got to me, the faster they moved.
I woke up just as one grabbed me.

Hate the chasing dreams

That is what I call a green gream. Get it? You're in the Congo and Guerrillas are after you. It's Bananas! I wonder what OP meant by Beast.

I've had chase dreams before. The oddest parts though, are that I usually end up hiding in a room and when I go to lock the door, the door is always mere inches too short for the frame and won't shut! If it's not a door issue, then I realize that I'm not just running, I'm either jumping crazy distances, or running on all fours like a wild cat...literally grabbing at the earth to propel me forward.

I wish you much luck with this in the future!!!

HAHA, nay! I somehow manage to remember about 85% of my dreams though. And, trust me, they run the gamot! I've dreams that left me wide awake, contemplating the dichotomy of good and evil at 5 o'clock in the morning....I'm just used to this crap.

Same here! We have a lot in common with dreaming.
Never knew someone out there had the same dream style.

Chase To dream that you are being chased, signifies that you are avoiding a situation that you do not think is conquerable. It is a metaphor for some form of insecurity. In particular, to dream that you are chased by an animal, represents your own unexpressed and unacknowledged anger which is being projected onto that animal. Alternatively, you may be running away from a primal urge or fear. To dream that you are chasing someone, signifies that you are attempting to overcome a difficult goal or task. You may also be expressing some aggressive feelings toward others.

Chase dreams are one of several common dream themes, stemming from feelings of anxiety in your waking life. Flee and flight is an instinctive response to a physical threat in the environment. In such dreams, the scenario often features you being pursued by an attacker, an animal, a monster or an unknown figure, who wants to hurt or possibly kill you. Consequently, you run, you hide or you try to outwit your pursuer. Your actions in the dream parallel how you would respond to pressure and cope with fears, stress or various situations in your waking life. Instead of confronting the situation, your dream indicates that you have a tendency to run away and avoid the issue. Ask yourself who is chasing you, so that you can gain a better understanding and insight on the source of your fears and anxieties.

More details at the source.

Maybe that will answer some questions?

I usually go to that website when I weird dreams.

No problem. Most of the interpretations are fairly obvious when you think about it, but when you are the one that had the dream it really may mot make that much sense until someone else explains it to you.
