Muslim Brotherhood 'declares war' on U.S.

www.wnd.com

Rubin concludes: "Let it be said that in September 2010, the Muslim Brotherhood, a group with 100 times more activists than al-Qaida, issued its declaration of war."

He calls the sermon "one of those obscure Middle East events of the utmost significance that is ignored by the Western mass media, especially because they happen in Arabic, not English; by Western governments, because they don't fit their policies; and by experts, because they don't mesh with their preconceptions."

The sermon is a signal to the Brotherhood's hundreds of thousands of followers, Rubin says.

"Some of them will engage in terrorist violence as individuals or forming splinter groups; others will redouble their efforts to seize control of their countries and turn them into safe areas for terrorists and instruments for war on the West."

Rubin calls Badi's "explicit formulation of a revolutionary program" a "game-changer."

Hmm, how convenient. Well, there's the funding for the next 10 years for the DHS and CIA, not to mention the other zillion 3-letter agencies that will ride the tsunami waves of propaganda deep into the pockets of the American taxpayer.

Tighten the American sheeple's chains of imposed fear a little more, restrict a few more freedoms, and get on that terrorist train, baby! Daddy's coming home!

Haven't we seen this Jihad before in the corrupt imaginations of CIA terrorists?

They might also get their funding if they did a good job... I agree too much to ask. Maybe they just get bored because there really isn't that much to be worrying about, so they tell us tales of the latest ghosts and ghouls they're chasing.

The Muslim Brotherhoods Official English Website
A search on their site did not show the 'sermon' mentioned in you OP.
Please check this to find something I may have missed to backup your OP.

Perhaps finding another article, not translated from a blatently biased site (Middle East Media Research Institute - nothing but pro-zionist/anti-islamic) that seems to be pushing an agenda (founded by ex Israelli Intel).

Looking at the 'about MB' section and other parts of this site seems to contradict your original OP links info, that they are pro-terrorism. I am not saying they are angels though.

The English translation mentioned by wnd.com is by 'Middle East Media Research Institute' which is nothing but Zionist Propaganda, whose goal is to push Israels agenda and anti muslim sentiment to the US.

TrueAmerican,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Muslim Brotherhood.......hmmm, it even sounds threatening!! Brotherhood.....

Let's see, what other brotherhoods have we got??

Ahva (political party), a defunct political party in Israel, which translates as Brotherhood
Aryan Brotherhood, a prison gang originating from San Quentin State Prison in the United States
Brödraskapet, (The Brotherhood) a Swedish prison gang

Nope, not much good associated with the word "brotherhood". Let's use that!!!

Peace

How many times does one need to reiterate a threat for the same ongoing cause?
Like Israel threatening to attack Iran......... again......... and again........ and again, and who said Jews and Muslims don't have anything in common.

So let me get this straight. The only information we have on this comes from a questionable source, and was translated by persons who have questionable motives themselves? Is that accurate?

en.wikipedia.org...

Heres the wiki page about the group. Interesting that membership is prohibited in Egypt. Seems also that members and subscribers to the group are required to donate a portion of thier wealth to the group, so in that regard is a little like the Jehovahs Witnesses.
Also interesting, members include the staff of Hamas. Enough said on that front I think.

Lets see if we can find a source closer to the horses mouth?

www.ikhwanweb.com...

Above is the link to the Brotherhood website, seems like if theres any information that could confirm without bias, the accusations made by the wnd site, then perhaps they are to be found here. Gonna take some sifting though... have at it chaps!
Oh by the way , I linked directly to nuggets of an interview by the new leader on the arabic news channel I can never spell the name of. Seemed like a decent place for us to start.
edit on 12-10-2010 by TrueBrit because: Explaining link , neglected to do so first post... terribly sorry and all that.

Israeli propaganda with an agenda. It gets to the point that you can almost see their lies before they speak. I think this needs to be added to the hoax/propaganda forum.

Why can't there ever be just "A mentally unstable person making true threats" It doesn't always have to be agents of another group.

So it shall be done, another few billions allocated to CIA and XXX to "deal" with this Muslim Brotherhood, this seems like really quick and easy way to get your funds replenished.
No worry Muslims, after the fund approved, everything will be back to normal schedule.

I wonder whose money is that.

I wish these groups would just say what they mean.

What they say "We are declaring war on the United States"

What they meant was - " We are going to convince the impressionable youth of our group, to deceive their way into your country, to indiscriminatly blow up your innocent civilians"...

Its pathetic.. Why can't we just have a religious fight club.. All of these leaders that send their followers into harms way -
get em all together and have a bracket System.. Islam vs Shiba Round 1 ding--- To the death.. the winner gets to continue to deceive the masses for the immediate future.

The original source for this article is The Jerusalem Post. The article is in the "opinion" column! There are mo external sources listed by the author, Barry Rubin.

An opinion editorial does not qualify as . .

news

.
The paper knew that when they chose to publish under the Editorial section instead in a News section of their paper, as the opinion piece was completely unsourced.

The headline should read:

Opinion: Muslim Brotherhood 'declares war' on US.
